The apk order doesn't match what you order, what room you get, it doesn't make sense!! The mattress was never cleaned

Can't order via apk, if you don't want to do it via apk, you have to just stage it via apk, how can an official apk be rejected... and we already paid via apk, the reason the guard can't is because we are paid half the apk price... you know, it's a risk. right, just delete the apk so people can't order via the apk.. where's the receptionist Songong, oh yes one more thing, please, those who own the hotel.. if you don't want to lose money via the apk, just close the apk.. it's easier

The 11th of November 2023 was a few days ago.The system is really irresponsible... if I didn't get milk, I would have reported it to the Bengkulu police...I ordered online 2 days before until the location was full. It's not trustworthy... I'm not responsible, I already paid and can't even get a refund via the application admin. Half of the payment was refunded for various reasons...

Hello, I want to share my less-than-wearing experience. Please do good business!!! I've tried positive thinking looking at the reviews on Google and other applications which are very bad. I think I will learn and improve conditions. But apparently not!!!. I have booked a room for 4 days, I paid in full. Then 2 new rooms were used because my colleague hadn't arrived yet, I just found out that all 5 room keys were not given to my colleague who had arrived (I wasn't notified and I don't know whether the procedure was like this). Then the rest of my colleagues came the next day but it turned out that the remaining 3 rooms that I had booked had BEEN RENTED to other parties. This is very unprofessional, no rebates or refunds and no prior notification!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Please also clean the bed sheets and blankets. Indeed, the price is very, very cheap but in accordance with the quality and service. Please don't be like this again!!!!

Book this hotel via the application. Arriving at the hotel, there was no receptionist/hotel guard. Waited for 1 hour, still no one. The payment money is lost, it cannot be returned. It's nice to receive money but no one is staying.

really bad, cleanliness was not maintained at all, I was the one who checked in that night after seeing the room, immediately checked out and looked for another hotel, I brought my family but in the end I was really embarrassed because there were lots of inappropriate things in the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned at all, suggestions for Hotel owners don't have to be so pretentious and use all kinds of sharia frills, if in reality they don't, it's really disgusting I swear.

Tried to stay overnight while waiting for the morning flight, the mattress was dirty, the blanket was dirty, the pillow smelled of sweat. I came home from there, my skin had red spots like it had been infected by insects

The first time I went in, I wanted to check in. I was given a price of 175 thousand. Finally, if I booked using the Oyo APK, I immediately got 80 thousand. After that, the waiter frowned and was forced to give me a room. Where the room smelled musty, the sheets weren't replaced, the pillows were musty, the bathroom was smelly, basically just coming here once oath.
