The place is beautifully located at the river and the bungalows are nice and comfortable. It’s a bit far away from Pai town, so you’ll need a car or take a taxi for 200 baht. It was really nice all in all, stuff was friendly and place was clean. Thank you!

Hot springs and elephant bathing within walking distance. The city is 10 minutes away by scooter.Clean, simple, delicious breakfast (toast, jam, fruit, vegetables, egg), good service. Houses look very cute.

Quite friendly staff. The room is clean, spacious with a small terrace. There are breakfasts, which is convenient. You can put your things in the laundry. Accommodation near the river, so it is nice to meet the sun, or to sit with friends by the river in the evening. Sometimes elephants walk here. Quiet and calm. If you have a bike, it is comfortable, if not, the nearest store is several kilometers away.

Coming from the city before reaching this accommodation, there is a beautiful sunset viewing point. The female officers are very welcoming, speak well and give good advice.

Although this property is away from the main town by around 6km , it still seems relatively popular, and the staff are super courteous and helpful given that the property could benefit from some improvements, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are attentive to all the guestsI would definitely stay again and impressed that they survived the downturn in demand during COVID but the property next to them obviously hit harder times. It would be good to see it being reopened also.

Nice cool place environment is quiet. Toilet was good. Bedroom has mosquito net but better to bring a spray. No problems here. TV wasn't working. Buy convinience items from 7 11 from town before coming out here as there are no shops nearby.

The room is wide, with a bathroom separated for wet and dry, hot water, quiet atmosphere and close to a stream. Breakfast is porridge and fried eggs. Hot dogs, coffee, bread, and bananas. There are many types of rooms. The owner is friendly. We stayed several nights. The towels smell good and clean.

Ok for a night but the beds are hard. Friendly welcome but could be cleaner, Had to ask for the covers to be changed. Overpriced. Poor brekafast, couldn't eat it.

I fell in love with this property! It's about 10 min drive from Pai walking street. So peaceful, so lovely!! The area is very beautiful and well maintained, so many flowers and trees around. The owners are wonderful people, delicate and polite. I liked my room and especially terrace cauze it's big. Everything was great and I hope to come back again to this place 😃
