NEVER BOOK THIS HOMESTAY THROUGH THE ONLINE PLATFORMThis homestay only provides professional accommodation for those who book offline or come directly to the place. The owner admitted that he was tired of people booking via online platforms.Personal experience, I booked offline for 1 room. I got a standard room for a homestay. Then I plan to extend it for 1 more day by booking via the Agoda platform. It turns out, if you book via the online platform you will be given a room where the bathroom is outside the room, and the toilet is mixed with other visitors.The owner said that because the standard rooms with ensuite bathrooms were full, the only choice if booking online was for rooms on the 3rd floor with no air conditioning (only a fan), or rooms on the 2nd floor with an outside bathroom and mixed toilet. with other visitors.However, the standard class rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are quite good with shampoo, soap and mineral water facilities and balcony views for those on the 2nd and 3rd floors.The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed to lack service skills and lacked hospitality training. So it's awkward when meeting hotel guests.Overall three stars for this hotel overall. However, it is understandable about the frustration of people who book on online platforms.Suggestion: it's best to book by telephone or offline by coming in person
