I have booked and paid via the application. Arrived at the location at around 20.30 and there was no receptionist. I picked up the phone and was told it had been full since 14.00. The provider should report to the application so that full rooms are written on the application. I don't know whether there was an element of intent. What is clear is that when we called, the room provider said that it had been full since noon at 14.00.Enough already
