The place is comfortable, the service is also good👍🏻 the location is in the middle of the cities of Sibolga and Pandan, the room is clean, the bed, pillows and blankets are also clean, you can get towels and slippers and also equipped with a smart TV, it's complete at this price. I think this is a recommendation👍🏻

The accommodation is very pocket friendly, apart from that it's clean, I really like staying here... the staff is friendly and the lady who is clean is also very friendly... but it's clean and not noisy... basically I'm satisfied... I'll always go to Sibolga for sure... I'm going to stay here... because I'm very satisfied and it's not far away... I really recommend it...

Here the accommodation is comfortable. The room is outside, not in a hotel-like building, so we have to enter from the hallway which is visible from the outside, walk a little before we get to the room. The door is at the gate like that at night. 2 nights here I was comfortable. Clean. AC works well. There are Qibla directions too. Queen size bed, a bit high for babies and toddlers who are busy, be careful. You can watch it too. The heater also works but we have to turn it on ourselves because initially the heater is turned off (switched off). Use a shower, sit-down toilet, use a toilet too. The overnight price for 18 April 2024, 1 room is 250 thousand, I don't know if it will go up or not, hopefully not, sis 😭🙏🏻. For cheap and comfortable accommodation near Sibolga, this is totally recommended. I asked 2 hotels in Sibolga, the range is 500-600 thousand per night (that's the cheapest which is expensive up to a million as of 18/04/2024), and that's better and cheaper in Medan, GT, 350 thousand is already good for the room. Hotels in Medan (Madani Hotel Medan), in Sibolga are already expensive, which are small (4x4), for those of us who travel a lot, you know what hotel prices are. For mendang mending people like me, I really like coming here. If you have a private vehicle, it's better to come here, 16 minutes from the city of Sibolga. Hopefully in the future it will still be cheap, clean and comfortable. Can boil water for tea or sad Indomie glasses.It's a suggestion if you want to stay overnight, bring pop noodles so you can brew them here. Affordable is the point. Love it. I said "yes" hehe. Also don't forget to ask about room availability. Because there are only 8-10 rooms (sob, I forgot)Note: sorry I crossed out something because my husband was still sleeping. I took a photo because I liked the accommodation. Comfortable.

I stayed at Pondok Batu Guest House on 12 SD 14 April 2024. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, the bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean, wifi, the room I stayed in had a smart TV, adequate parking. Very comfortable..Thank you Pondok Batu Guest House management. Very satisfactory..

The service is friendly. The condition of the room is quite spacious, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on even though it is not a spring bed and it is a king size mattress. Is there Wi-Fi. There is a special kitchen. There we can wash cutlery, there is a dispenser for refilling water, for making coffee, tea, glasses and spoons. It's just that the room I live in doesn't seem to have been mopped because it feels very sticky, the AC isn't cold enough, the room lights are all white so if you want to sleep it's too bright, it's turned off so it's dark. It's good to have yellow lights so you can sleep and make it seem more luxurious. There is no breakfast at a price of 300 thousand per night. But overall it is good and maybe this is one of the cleanest hotels in Sibolga. And also not far from the inn there is a cafe so if you are hungry you can eat at the cafe.

I like this place with quite comfortable rooms, especially the beds which are not like most other inns/hotels because here we use good beds for the health of our bones, because I personally also use a mattress like this at home, and I know the place This sleep is more expensive compared to normal sleep, that's for those who understand sleeping...And the receptionist is very kind and the owner too because when I missed my personal pillow it was immediately delivered to my address when I asked for it... Thank you for your service 🙏Oh yes, if I may have a suggestion for the yard outside, I hope you can make a fence wall that is higher than the other neighbors because of course one day the neighbors will be disturbed by leaving and entering the car around this inn...
