In July we had a full week of strong and incessant winds, so the waves were always rough and the reefs were spectacular, with visibility affected by the large amount of suspended particles. …

Honestly the best holiday! The resort itself is fantastic - everyone is so helpful and friendly, Dolly the manager is amazing. The entire staff from the man who sweeps the leaves to the household staff are so professional. The food is so delicious and very nutritious, the chefs are obviously very careful and aware of sensitive stomachs - I had no tummy issues at all! The diving - Tion and the entire dive staff are so brilliant at what they do, Gerry and Alex were our guides for the week and they were both fantastic. Would 100% recommend, we will definitely be back as they made us feel like family!

What a fantastic place. We have just spent 10 days diving holiday here and it was outstanding. The room is cozy and always clean - we had a Papua Water Cottage which was perfect. There is also a free laundry service. The food is rich, delicious and there is something for everyone. The dives are re-planned every day and special requests are also taken into account (thanks Tion & Dolly). It is a paradise for every diver, whether big fish or macro. Thanks to our great guide Nathan and the crew from the boat Robi, who made every dive an experience for us. Even after the diving day, you'll get to talk to all the guests and maybe even make friends! We will definitely come again!

An enclave in paradise, created by Max Ammer, the pioneer of Raja Ampat diving. The rooms are traditional West Papua design, built out over the water, with thatched roofs and open air spaces. The build quality is first-rate, with European-style plumbing and wiring, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff, mostly locals from nearby villages, are all friendly and helpful, happy to share their piece of paradise with visitors from abroad. The diving lives up to its reputation as among the best in the world. Dive guides are locals, who know the reefs like the backs of their hands -- they know where to find special critters, and where the fish will be with different tidal conditions. If you are considering diving Raja Ampat, you can't go wrong with Papua Divers. One caution, however -- the resort shuts down all diving from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday, in recognition of the Sabbath, so plan your trip accordingly!

True paradise! The resort is a perfect mix of comfort and nature. The cottages are so nice with good furniture, beds, electricity. The bathrooms are fine and clean, with soaps and shampoos. …
