The nightclub next to it is very noisy at night, but everything else is OK

The rooms are old but clean. There is hot water in the shower. The location is excellent, in the very center of Pai. If you need silence, this is not the place! The noise and music from all the bars can be heard as if there was no blue. Use earplugs. Loud neighbors are not at all embarrassed to return noisily from festivities at 2 am. We were ready for this, we slept with earplugs. But the pillows were so uncomfortable that it gave me a headache. There is neither water nor a bag of coffee in the room for 1000 baht. It is very strange. And in the morning there was such a strong smell of sewage, just terrible. The noise of the compressor could be heard, so it was clear that the smell was from the sewer.Overall, the only thing I liked about this place was the location. We just wanted to spend the night next to a walking street so that we could return home on foot and not on a bike.

Loved my stay here. I arrived early while I was very sick and I could check in immediately. Huge bonus was the smart TV with Netflix. The location is perfect. Right in the main street but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Warm shower, airconditioning, nice bed. All for a really fair price.Small point of criticism:There was a jackfruit tree next to my bungalow and some of the fruits were rotten on the ground which had a very bad smell and attracted a lot of bugs.

Lovely gem tucked just of the bar street. Close enough to stagger home but far enough to get a decent night's sleep. Safe parking for a small number of vehicles.

It's our regular residence. Stay here every time I come to Pai. Convenient, next to the walking street, the accommodation is clean. Most importantly, Mom and Dad are very kind. And of course we will recommend friends to stay here 👍👍👍

Accommodation in a small city with only a few rooms but not far from Pai Walking Street. The room is clean and has hot water. Convenient, there is parking. The owner's aunt is very kind. There is a simple breakfast for the day you go, including Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiao, toast, coffee, Ovaltine, and bananas.

The lady and the uncle are kind. The facilities are old, but there is no problem in using them. Coffee and snacks are free in the owner's kitchen near the entrance.

Triple room 700 baht per night. Clean and cheap. The room has a private bathroom and is equipped with a fan and air conditioning. It's a bit disappointing that there's no refrigerator, but it's okay because it's cheap. WiFi isIt's a bit choppy.

I liked this place. Basic but very clean, private bath with hot shower, good bed, spacious, absolutely perfect location if you want to be in the city, street filled with restaurants but that did not disturb us, owners super friendly, good value.
