At first, the villa is nice, clean and the staff helpful. The pool is nice too and indeed, the view in front of the rice field is appealing. But its about your luck !! And unfortunately we didnt have luck half of the stay. For 2 days, we hear everyday people singing karaoke in front. All day long, from 8 am to late night (like after 9 pm).Where is the quiet that we are looking for ?!For 3 days, there was an all-day ceremony for their 17th August (as tourist and foreigner, we didn't know at all about the celebration and what it could imply. It would be appreciated if the owner informed us about it!!!), we hear speakers, music, people gathering and yelling until 5 AM..I know it's not the villa itself, but I should warn people who are looking for a quiet place, that is quite random. You can have peace, or noise..Regarding the villa itself, actually we are not a fan of opened bathroom , so in terms of toilets privacy? Forget about it.All the pillows are quite high, your neck suffers! The pool is nice and charming.Of course, since the kitchen is outdoor, expect to encounter various of insects / bugs, especially mosquitoes, and natural decor. Since we had a 15 months baby with us, it was quite challenging to make sure that she stays OK.We stayed for 5 nights, and they come only clean once. It's around 3.5 km from Ubud center, but with the traffic, expect to take 1h to get there..
