The most comfortable hotel in Baa that I have stayed in so far, this is the second time I have stayed here. Prices start from 300 thousand so it's really worth it to stay here again. The hotel is still relatively new so the building and rooms are still in good condition. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The facilities are quite complete and there are several details that I like, such as an air diffuser near the bed which makes the room smell nice and makes you sleep better. There are lots of drawers in the room to store details so the room looks neater. There is also a dispenser for refilling water. Some drawbacks may be that the hot water is only hot at the beginning, after a while the water becomes cold. For those who want to stay here, it is best to bring your own toiletries such as soap, toothpaste and toothbrush because they are not provided. Also toilet tissue if you really need it. Their breakfast options are also delicious and filling. They also have a rooftop and you can make your own coffee and tea on the rooftop. Their wifi is also quite good although sometimes slow. Next time I go to Baa I want to stay here again.

Staying here is quite fun, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The owner is very kind and always ready to help. Overall, it's a nice place to rest and relax. The location is also good, close to everywhere.

Good accommodation in Rote. For rates starting from 300 thousand in NTT, you can get a water heater, mini refrigerator. The place is also clean and the staff are friendly. Only the place is a bit inside. But no problem, they also provide shuttle and car rental services.
