The place does not have car parking. Before booking, they said there was a car park, but it turned out they were told to park on the side of the road. The toilet smelled of urine and when my family and I just arrived. It turns out the water was dead and they weren't informed beforehand that the water was dead.

This small guesthouse is located about 10 mins away from Monkey Forest Area and close to Tegallalang. The room was comfy with a queen-sized bed, TV, aircon, quite spacious bathroom, and a desk. All rooms have balcony/terrace with two chairs and a table. I got the corner room facing the jungle—such a beautiful view! It’s very quiet and peaceful. They only have 5 rooms and even though all rooms were occupied, it wasn’t noisy at all. Their pool is a bit dirty but it’s understandable due to their location. They also sell fresh juice, young coconut, beer, and other beverages to accompany you chilling at the pool. Aircon was nice and cold, water pressure was good and water heater worked fine. The staffs there were always friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was nice and tasty but not very filling. Wifi worked just fine. Overall it was a great stay and I’d love to come back another time.

The bugs bit me so bad it was scary to watch! The rooms are dirty, the towels stink. The cleaning is also bad... and quite far from Ubud, without a bike. The pool is cold. The roosters crow at 6 am. The neighbor's yard often smells like chicken poop. But bedbugs are the worst. See photo...

Room was better than expected, they got 5 rooms in 2 levels, a small pool and all surrounded by forest and a small stream (you can hear the sound but it's not visible). Breakfast was good, service was good. The building itself was located behind some local's houses so you must walk the path, could be difficult if you have some big luggage. They had some bed bug issues but hopefully fixed now. Overall was alright.
