It has not been the expected hotel, the service is very poor for its location, since everything is very far away. When you arrive at a villa far from the center, you expect everything to be better equipped so you can have dinner at a later time or have breakfast earlier in the morning so you can go on excursions. Everything is very priced and not very flexible.

Of the five hotels in Indonesia, this was by far the worst. The room is very big and luxurious, but with cobwebs and insects, even excrement appeared on the floor.On the other hand, the location is bad, for my taste very far from everything. To make matters worse, the kitchen hours are very limited, it closes early and you can easily run out of dinner as was my case (8:00 pm it closes). A hotel like this should be more flexible in that. The only solution is to download a food app and order around.One night and luckily I didn't stay more days. A shame, but I don't recommend it. Bad experience.Of five hotels in Indonesia, this was by far the worst. My family and I stayed here in a room with a private pool and an extra bed.....We get a welcome drink of tea and welcome snack 3 pcs tastes a combination of nuts, turmeric, and I don't know what the name of the snack is.The first experience of staying here was enough to make the children happy because there was a swimming pool. although the swimming pool is minimalist.And it looks like our villa building is connected to other villas. So that the impression of privacy is less. Because the entrance to the villa is not fully closed. Still visible from the outside so the impression is not private.And the dividing wall is bamboo, so it is still clearly visible from the side of the villa.bath equipment is not complete for me,, do not get swimming towels here.In the bathroom, there is only 1 small mirror 🥲 and it's a bit slippery so be careful if the child is super active 😊The bathtub was not clean, there was still some dirt left, and when I entered the bathroom area for the first time it was a bit smelly. So I took the initiative to spray my perfume into that bathroom. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner, so I had to ask for more.For the room, it's not bad, it's just that the foot mat is dirty and has a lot of fur (maybe because there is a cat).For breakfast we think it's good, it's just that the juice is not filtered, so the pulp is too much in our opinion.The fried rice was good and especially the sambal lalapan was a winner. I really liked it.I also had the Hawaiian pizza (this was good) and ginger teapot (didn't taste the ginger flavor).The view of the rice field in front of the room is quite soothing.Not bad for a quick vacationWe enjoy it❤️

We stayed at Kayangan Villa with our daughter in early May 2024. It was outstanding.The villa is secluded. It's very quiet. No crowds of tourists (compared to Nusa Dua) but a very friendly relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was preferably served in the room. The quality of the food and drinks was very good.Our daughter fell in love with the two cats and dogs in the house. She was thrilled and didn't want to leave. Treats for the loving animals were available at reception.The rooms are air-conditioned, clean and with the two meter wide bed we had enough space. A child/cot was not offered.Fresh fruits (bananas, mango stone, stinky fruits, coconuts) were available for 15k Rp from the locals who were in the rice fields. The whole thing is not intrusive, very respectful and not disruptive.Prices in the restaurant and the minibar are good. 15k Rp water 0.5l, 35k Rp beer, 100k Rp pizza Hawaii.A scooter is recommended, with which you can also reach nearby sights or shops. Three people on a two-wheeler are not uncommon in Bali and were not even noticed by the police. There are also children's helmets. A powerful model like PCX or NMax are preferable.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The first impression of the hotel was good. We were greeted and quickly settled in a room. We received a delicious compliment from the hotel. The place is very quiet. The room was clean. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant.But this place is for a maximum of 1 day. There is nothing interesting nearby. Very quiet and dark. You need to take a taxi to go somewhere for dinner. The breakfast menu is small. But you can choose something. In general, the breakfasts were not bad. But I recommend adding more items to the menu. If you stay for a few days, there is nothing to choose.An important recommendation: let people have breakfast in peace. There is no need to come to the room 15 minutes after breakfast is served to collect the plates. This can be done later. Not all people eat so quickly.We didn't always want to go somewhere, so we ordered in a restaurant. The menu is not big. We chose pasta and rolls with crispy chicken. It was delicious. But the pizza was terrible! The dough is like a stone. We ordered two pizzas. And twice it was hard.In the evening, there was a lizard in our room 🦎. The workers kicked her out of the room. Therefore, the general impressions of the stay are normal. But I expected more.

I visited for 1 night and 2 days, and it was a wonderful place where I could spend a peaceful time.The customer service and customer service provided by the employees is very polite and satisfying.You can choose to eat breakfast in your room or in the lobby, and choose the menu in advance. It came with a main dish, drink, and fruit, and it was very delicious.The shower and toilet are outside, but it was clean and had a washlet so it wasn't a problem. I was worried about insects, but it didn't bother me much during the dry season, but I might need to be careful during the rainy season. (Mosquito coils are provided)Access requires a slight detour, which takes 20 to 30 minutes by Grab from central Ubud.There are no convenience stores or currency exchange offices in the area, so it's better to do it in the city and return to the hotel.There's Netflix in the room, so you can watch movies while you're at it.

We have the villa with private pool and it's perfect. The room is clean and spacious also value for money. And it's perfect for introvert because of its tranquility and safety.They always make sure that we are safe and well taken care of. And shout out to Eka, he is definitely the best staff to find. He helped us a lots in choosing where to go and whenever we need anything he is there to help.The scenery there is surreal with endless paddle of rice fields and there are green trees everywhere. And it really a highlight in our vacation by just seating at the balcony and have the in room service which is a breathtaking combination of good food and perfect view.Please stay there and eat their food. It's a perfect plus for your Ubud trip

A great accommodation with very friendly owners in the middle of nature. Fall asleep with the frogs, wake up with the roosters and ducks between the rice fields, guarded by the well-behaved dogs.Thank you for the relaxing days, we would love to come back 😀The photos don't deceive anything, they correspond to reality 👍🏻In the immediate vicinity you can reach several small restaurants and a massage facility within walking distance (5-10 minutes). There is also a scooter rental right around the corner. The accommodation itself also offers all of these services directly.Depending on traffic conditions, you can easily reach Ubud Center in about 20 minutes and many other destinations such as the rice terraces by scooter.
