The room was clean and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and good amenities. The owner & staff were friendly and prompt in addressing requests. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow, and it would have been nice to have small towel for face too Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money."

We did not have a good experience with the villa. There was a lot of nuisance from hotels in the area, traffic, barking dogs, construction. Our night's sleep was interrupted a lot.The room was dirty. When we arrived we saw that our duvet was dirty. We asked for a new one, then had to wait outside for 45 minutes only to have clean sheets but no duvet cover. The duvet was between 2 bottom sheets.In addition, the room was very humid, which made the bed feel clammy.Because the door could not close properly, there were all kinds of insects in the room. Every morning our ground was littered with dead insects. We had rat poop in our shower and bug eggs near our sink. These were left there for 3 days, so they were not cleaned properly.The shower was warm, that was the positive.We left earlier and indicated in advance what time we wanted to check out. Unfortunately the host did not show up, not very polite.

The place is perfect for a stay with friends/family. Even though the place was a bit hard to find, but was worth it.The Airbnb is in a secluded place, hence I would recommend this villa for those who'd like to relax and enjoy the nature😊. We were greeted by one of the staffs in charge who was really polite and helpful.Only thing to improve is the kitchen area!

We had wonderful 2 weeks at D'bunut Ubud Villa in Ubud. Everything was very lovingly designed. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All around we felt very comfortable in the magical villa! Inyoman and Julis were the best hosts you can imagine !!!♡The Service is terrific and we have rarely experienced such a warm hospitality.They were always there for us and they did really a great job!!!! We will remember it -with pleasure- for a long time!We can highly recommend the D'Ubunut Ubud Villa and will come there again when we are back on this beautiful island! Thank you soo much for everything!
