When arriving to our room we were greeted with a nasty smell. Coming to further inspection the toilet absolutely stunk. Once we had looked around more there were dead squashed bugs all over the blinds in the bath room. Bugs although-out the villa as the door didn’t seal even in the slightest. plus ants on and in the bed. The sheets were dirty, and the “mosquito net” had stuff all over it and looked like crap.Once we took down the goose towel honeymoon arrival decor, we found they used the floor mats for the bathroom for that , plus we seen that it was still dirty. The shower was mouldy. The toilet was dirty and didn’t flush properly. We then went upstairs to our balcony to find the bed was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.We didn’t even feel comfortable leaving our stuff in the safe as it wasn’t bolted down, so if someone broke in they could’ve taken the whole safe with all of our belongings to get back to Australia.Once speaking with the receptionist she came and looked, then got her manager. The manager came and told us we can’t get a full refund as it there would be a “cancellation fee” that applies. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
