Horrible villa, I do not recommend this property!!! It’s dirty, they only clean the area, it would be better not to clean the houses, a lot of insects, lizards and insects crawling in the bed, all the lizard waste falls from the ceiling directly onto the bed, the bedding stinks terribly, so be prepared to buy new ones!!!Cleaners come to the territory without asking, violating personal space and waking you up in the morning, although you specifically close the villa in the eveningThe pitchforks themselves are in terrible condition, the walls are formidable, the ceiling leaks when it rains, the furniture is oldDon't waste your money, rent another placeAnd there is no need to say that I offered new linen, which I bought myself at Ikea, because the bed linen that was initially smelled like stinky socks and then, like the pillows and blanket, entry into the room was always provided, it was possible to change the bed linen, but I offered to buy it , so as not to take it with them, and then simply gave it as a gift when they refused to buy it, and then they will probably lay out our linen from Ikea) a very stupid owner, instead of solving problems, he makes them even more difficultAnd the last normal reviews were left a year ago) today everything is terrible there!!!

On the plus side, there is a good area, a lot of greenery, and a swimming pool. There is parking for a bike. Quite a quiet area.There were problems with the light in the pool, the air conditioning in one of the rooms practically did not work, but the owner resolved these issues during our stay.A huge minus that forced us to change housing was the incredible number of ants and flies in the room, there were literally hundreds of them, especially if you left the room for several days. Also old bed linen with stains and a terrible smell from the pillows and blanket.The towels were also old and we had to buy new ones.We were provided with cleaning twice a week, but it was of no use; they cleaned the area normally, but it was easier to clean the inside of the room yourself, which is what I did. In general, out of 4 weeks of reservation, we lived there for 10 days at most, we couldn’t stand it any longer and fled to another place, because we didn’t want to live in the dirt, which appeared apparently due to insects and strange building materials, and a huge number of flies.To this review, the owner replied that I did not let his employees into the room to clean, although I wrote that I clean myself, and cleaning is not required since after them they only collect dirt in the corners, (why would I let his employees in in this case?) yes and they had keys, and when they needed to, they entered without any problems 🤔There was also a claim that we were leaving the villa and did not warn him about it. Why I had to warn him about this is unclear...The first video is the number of flies if you leave the villa for a couple of daysThe second video is how his employees coolly wash the floor

The perfect villa! Great value, beautiful oasis of a garden, huge pool, close to all the main Bali sites and lovely owner who is always there to help. Thank you so much and we will be back!
