I plan to stay 4 nights here in December. However, previously in October I contacted the manager to order an extra bed because I was with my family (2 adults + 2 children). However, the manager didn't allow it and asked me to just cancel because the room could only accommodate 2 people. I don't have a problem if it's not allowed, but what I regret is that the manager's language towards me seems to insult me, his language is like this, "Just cancel, we also don't accept guests outside the reservation, 2 guests come, 4 people come". In my opinion, the language used by the manager was really insulting as if I were a poor person who was cunning and deceitful. Is this really what a hotel looks like, insulting potential customers before the customer arrives?-------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------------------Replying to the owner of this villa, who in this case supports his manager's decision to insult me, which also talks about karma, as it seems that I'm the one who's doing bad in this situation, I'm gonna say one thing: Thank you for your insult, and thank you for your prayer so I can get Karma. But God Knows who is right, and the truth will find its way.

It is a magnificent hotel, the rooms with private swimming pool are magnificent, the bathroom of the room is magnificent, a bathtub with the open roof and a magnificent covered shower. We spent three nights in the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not try breakfast because each time our activities started very early.The staff is very pleasant there is the possibility of renting scooters for 150k rp per day. He offers to plan a lot of activities with them (we didn't do any because I had already planned everything).The only downside (which isn't really a downside when you're looking to relax, but that wasn't our case) is that the hotel is really far from everything; there is only one restaurant nearby, and the hotel does not have a restaurant, which is really a shame, apart from that it is a magnificent place 🤩

This is a fabulous place!We had a room with a pool and enjoyed every moment of our stay.Authentic villa, bath, shower on the rocks, lots of greenery, beautiful and comfortable bedThere's a cool restaurant nearby. We took a floating breakfast.The service was great!

Very good hotel! Very clean rooms, really clean, good pressure of hot water, there are no insects in the rooms at all. The towels are white and fluffy. The blood is comfortable. Cozy area. Good breakfast. The best accommodation in the area.There is a nice restaurant in a neighboring hotel within walking distance - the food is delicious.A small nuance: you can hear noise from the road in the rooms; light sleepers can take earplugs. But this is a quiet place, there are not many bikes and cars, especially at night. It didn't interfere with sleep.

Love experience here. There’s a tasty restaurant three minute walk. My villa came with a pool. Clean for a jungle stay . I had no bugs but there are mosquito nets and bug repellent plug ins. My stay was in August. I had no problem with grab. It’s farther away from main ubud but there atv tour , waterfall, temples within 5 minutes . Oh and the bedding smells goods well as room .there scooter noise from road in am but the ac drowns it out . Bed and pillows are comfy . Solo travel

If you like to travel remote, this place is for you. Middle of no where, staff keep to themselves, rooms very comfortable and clean, no restaurant at the hotel, so bring your own food etc. We loved it, it was what we wanted. Good for couples not children.
