Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms in a central location. Very friendly hosts and daily room service. As described in another comment, the blanket has no cover.

I had a wonderful time in Ubud in this hotel! friendly owners, always clean, perfect location in the center of Ubud. From the second floor there is a beautiful view of the garden, birds singing. I've stayed at this hotel several times.

I'll just highlight the pros and cons.Pros:Center, you can walkThere are many cafes and shops nearbyQuiet, no insects (didn’t see)There is hot waterThere is a kettle in the room, a refrigerator, a cup, a spoon, a saucerClothes dryerSmall table on the balcony, two chairsBeautiful view of the trees from the balconyMinuses:In the three days that I lived in this guest house, they never came to me to clean the room.There are only two socketsBreakfast not includedIn the bathroom, when you take a shower, water floods everything aroundThere is no duvet cover, only a blanket and I’m not sure that it is washed after each visitorNo place to park a car

A set of several modern rooms built on the grounds of a family compound like a separate block of units. The room is very clean and spacious. No TV or fridge. Aircon was great. Right in the middle of Ubud surrounded by great food. I got a couple of bottles of water 1st night but had to bring my own on subsequent days. The room has large glass doors that lead to a spacious balcony with a view of tropical palms and lush greenery. A great option for a stay in Ubud.

Nice clean air conditioned rooms with good wifi. Nice balcony with table great for breakfast. Currently both the neighbors smoke outside like chimneys so that ruins the air out there and gets in my room some but not really the properties flaw or fault. They are very nice and helpful here. This is just prime Ubud location with nice cheap massage right out front and a few great cheap restaurants like sun sun warung. Great value!

Booked a room at this stay. When i came to check in i was told that stay is overbooked and they told me that i can stay in some place of their friends. Didn't inform before my arrival nor proposed any compensation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
