These apartments cost me 8.5 million rupees per month, including electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Pros - the swimming pool (they clean it 2 times a week) is very clean and passable, just after a hot day, a small garden, beautiful greenery, a place to park a scooter. For the price I had my own kitchen, which is not something you see often in Bali, it's basically a shared kitchen, shower room and toilet. There is a bedroom on the second floor. Quite cozy apartments. Convenient location for travel, 15-25 minutes by scooter to Sanur beach. Exit to the big highway. To go to another city, you need 1:00-1:30. Considering that the apartments are located near the main road, there is no noise from cars and scooters. There is a store within a 7-minute walk, but not a big one. There is no damp smell in the apartments, as is usually the case in others. The owner is quite responsive, always helps and quickly resolves housing issues. There is a beach nearby, but you need to go on a scooter, and a beach with black sands.Cons: there are wooden floors in the shower room, spiders, cockroaches and various living creatures crawl out from there, as happened to me, there are also wooden floors on the second floor, which is a huge minus, as I already understood, because bedbugs, etc. can live there. In the morning I often found bites on my body. Large gaps in the ceiling. During the day, the second floor quickly heats up, although there are no apartments above, there is already a roof there. The air conditioner works well. Small refrigerator. One was enough for me, but it won’t be enough for a family if you eat at home. A good grocery store is 20 minutes away if you go by scooter.

I had a wonderful experience at the Istha Puri. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Bali.

Cozy Villa with great service hidden in Ketewel. 15 minutes max to Sanur, 20 mins to ubud which makes it perfectly located for those wanting to explore the island.
