Lovely stay on an idyllic & peaceful location. Close to Ubud and many other less touristic locations to visit (hidden canyon, rice terraces..). The food is great, the accommodation very clean and the staff is amazingly kind & helpfull. They arranged us a scooter and we got the perfect Bali experience, thanks to Jan & his team. I am so happy to stay here with my partner for three nights. This villa combined with both natural beauty and modern convenience. The boss he is very nice and hospitable, the staff here are great and always smiling. The best thing here is the breakfast, you can have it at anywhere in the villa and it’s really delicious. Worth another visit.

Booked the resort last minute, quaint, serene and country vibes with view of the paddy fields, Classy interiors, friendly staff, eco friendly resort run by a cordial German family. They made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant and managed to arranged a relaxing spa and local dinner at short notice. It was a perfect end to our trip to Bali after experiencing the city and touristic vibes of Bali. The hearty soulful breakfast was the cherry on the cake.

Staff and owner were friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of food choices. Definitely recommend to guests wanting to stay in a peaceful place.Did not regret staying here as it looks and feels like Ubud, we experienced the nearby Luwak coffee and swing, and Sukawati Art Market.They also offer laundry service for an extra fee so that you come home from your holiday without having to worry about your laundry.

We had an amazing stay at Mandaladesa and we hope to be back. We highly recommend this place - for couples or families. We came as a family of 3.We were looking to unwind and recharge, and that’s what this place exactly did. Away from the hustle and bustle - the view of the surrounding rice fields was beyond calming and rejuvenating.The owner and staff are very kind, attentive and helpful. Very flexible with their service, healthy breakfast is served whenever you want and wherever you wish, by the garden, pool or at your villa. They provide a list of suggestions of activities, places to eat and visit. We truly appreciated this, as we came with no plan and this made our visit even more enjoyable. Very valuable tips from the locals! The very good massages in the evening, made a very good cap to the day.The facilities and amenities are true to the photos and videos in their website. The resort is well maintained, good quality furniture and super clean. We hope to visit again soon!

This is a great place to get away from the crowds of Bali and experience peace and quiet in beautiful, natural surroundings. Room was wonderful. Service is great. And the food is delicious. You get a wonderful stay for really good value. The owners were away while we were there, but the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Though not too close to the crowded and more popular beaches, there are beaches not too far away. We booked a tour to Nusa Penida and found it easy enough to get there and back. Also close to the zoo, bird park and a few other places of interest. They can help you book a driver if needed and are willing to help you with whatever you need. Great place!

The perfect place to arrive in Bali, after a long flight when you are still overwhelmed by the Jet lag, the new impressions and the heat and humidity. You enter the place and it feels like peace and relaxation from the first minute. Beautiful rooms, great garden and pool, phantastic service and everything is just easy. And everything is so clean.Jan and Irmi, the hosts, make sure you get what you need, they give great tips, but also leave you alone. You can explore the area - I highly recommend to do the village tour, you learn a lot about the local culture- but you can also just relax at the pool and enjoy your vacation. I can only recommend this place!

Convenient online communication, delicious meals ordered at the right time, friendly service, a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and comfortable rooms - all this creates an atmosphere of rest and the desire to return.
