Pros: Clean room, walkable distance from the ubud market, good breakfast, taxi service and Rini was a great host.Cons: stairway to the room is narrow incase you have big and more luggages and quite dark at night.

I was honestly disappointed when I entered the first floor, but when I went up to the third floor, the view was so great and I was surprised at how pretty it was when I first entered the room. There were no toiletries such as shampoo, and there was no hair dryer, so it was inconvenient. To be honest, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and the bedroom was clean. During my 3-day stay, they didn't clean it once (they didn't even bring me towels...), but the owner was very kind and seemed to take care of everything if I needed anything. Eating breakfast while looking outside was also healing. Ants came in through a hole in the top of the bathroom, and when I sprayed water with the shower, I thought they were attacking me and the swarms of ants came down in pitch black colors, which made me feel cold. And it was difficult because the water had a foul sewer smell. Hot water came out well and water pressure was good. It was nice that Ubud tourist attractions were accessible on foot.

The cost-effectiveness is excellent.The room is a bit small, so I think it would be good for a solo traveler. It may be inconvenient for those bringing large bags. There isn't enough space to spread out your luggage.The owners were very kind and even lent me a hair dryer. Thank you.The refrigerator was shared with the owners. I put a beer in it and drank it while looking at the scenery. If I ran out of beer, I went down to the first floor and got it. It wasn't uncomfortable at all and it felt like I was visiting a relative's house and it was fun.The entrance door has a small key that can be used to lock the window, and there is a blackout curtain. The blackout performance is great.If you request breakfast the day before, it will be prepared on time the next day. I had a great time eating it. The location is very good, and there are restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. The alleyway was a bit dark at night, but there were people walking around all the time, so it wasn't scary! I also continue to ride my motorcycle.The bathroom had an open wall on one side, so I was able to shower with an open feel. However, when I tried to wash in the morning, the sunlight was too strong, so I washed while avoiding the sun. There were some ants, but not so many that I was concerned.I think the owners use the lower floor, and only the two rooms on the upper floor are available for rental! It's a complete family home.I was very comfortable and had fun while I was there!

We really enjoyed our time with the family. Loving people were always willing to help if you had any questions. Further transport and pick-up at the airport were also possible. Homemade breakfast every day, very tasty. Cleanliness top. Location top. We'll be back!

The view from the 3rd floor is also great. There was a gentle breeze coming in, so it was cool without having to turn on the air conditioner. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had an opening at the top of the wall, so it wasn't humid.I stayed for about 5 days and wanted to extend it, but I couldn't because it was fully booked. It’s truly the best value for money!There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as Ubud Market and the Royal Palace. However, since the house is right next to the road, you have to endure the noise of motorcycles.

No. 1 in this price range, 3rd floor, but probably due to the high ceiling, no bugs, friendly ownerThe only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor so you have to carry your luggage up.The air conditioner is great, breakfast is provided, and the location is good.

The room is what you pay for and overall it is very clean. My only complaint is the stairs to get to it. The breakfast was very delicious, recommend the pancakes and tea. Also a very walkable location. Didn’t need a car once while in ubud
