Excellent location right in the center and very quiet. Small swimming pool with 4 sunbeds but very nice. The room is super spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom doesn't look like much. Mold spots and rust. Could definitely be cleaned better, they were also ready in 5 minutes. Nice price so value for money.

Amazing hotel. The room was really nice and spacious. Lovely pool area which was really pretty and quiet. whole hotel felt so peaceful and zen. The receptionist were extremely helpful with booking everything. The hotel is quite a far way from most places you want to get to. But a walk is not a bother

It is a very quiet hotel but in the center of Ubud. I loved our 5 night stay there. It is very comfortable and the rooms are very good value for money. The worst thing is the bathroom (typical Balinese, the shower takes up the entire bathroom and everything gets wet).

Clean, modern and quiet room with a great pool area. We started our vacation in Ubud and were very happy with the location and the room! During the day there is occasional noise from the construction site next door, but that's not a big deal.Netflix and the wifi in general didn't work well.

Please do not waste your money staying at this place. Don't be fooled by the pretty garden. Unless you want to sleep in it. The rooms are dirty and the linen is filthy. The staff just want to grab your money as soon as you put a foot in the place. We had lizards and spiders and frogs in the room. Yuk.

Nice place to stay close to the city center, but with lots of nature around. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful pool, but it seemed too dirty for swimming.The villa is located a bit far from the road, so you don’t hear the traffic. But! Right next to it is a construction going on, which is pretty loud in the morning.After 2 nights I decided to move.

Beautiful facility, great service, great location. Central, yet very quiet - is worth a lot in the crowded city. Small mirrors that hang way too high, towels smell a bit strange. Bathrooms are a bit old. Otherwise really recommended!

Nice clean accom. Staff very helpful. Bout 20 to 30 minutes easy walk to Ubud central or 60,000 rupia car (grab app). No bar facilities. Good latte/ coffee. Many grocery stores close by for supplies and several banks. Careful of local footpaths (Not within Umari), very uneven and large holes, not suited to elderly, incapa itated

The better rooms have a fridge, pool view, nicer bathroom and two power outlets each side of the bed (luxury!) The other rooms are also pretty nice. We stayed 10 days in room 5. Good blockout curtains, smelled clean and fresh, lots of room, very quiet, very nice garden and good pool. There is a new cafe about to be opened. We found it easily walkable. We enjoyed the quiet, as our vibe for this time was, gym then do nothing.

We lived for a month in this hotel. During this time, we changed two rooms (1st and 8th), in different buildings.On the positive side:1. The staff tries to help in any way they can. Often this is not enough to provide a normal residential experience.2. Convenient location relative to the center of Ubud. Nearby there are two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a printing house, a gas station and several cafes. There is a gym 2 minutes away by bike. The center is 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bike.3. Quite quiet and very green.4. The pool is comfortable and cleaned regularly.Minuses:1. Disgusting Internet, I asked several times to sort it out, but apparently it’s impossible. If you check into this hotel, then rely only on your own mobile Internet.2. Lack of a common kitchen and refrigerator - this area is abandoned.3. Lack of refrigerators in half of the rooms (1-4).4. Water is supplied in 0.2 bottles, which means mountains of plastic are provided. When asked if they recycle it, they answered that the government recycles it 🤔5. The shower room is designed with a twist, but because of this, there is always moisture there.6. Half of the rooms (1-4) are not private, located on the ground floor, with a balcony (exit) to a common path.7. Half of the rooms (1-4) are not equipped with a kettle; instead, a thermos - you have to ask for boiling water at the reception.8. Some of the towels are outdated, there are holes.Bottom line: you can stay for a maximum of a week

A welcoming hotel in the center of Ubud. Nice pool and well-kept area, like in a fairy tale. Spacious room 👍🏼There is a refrigerator, a large closet, and TV. There is no kitchen.It seems like excellent housing from the photo, but there is one BUT:The room was poorly cleaned (not exactly the floors were washed, but a general cleaning). So, a darkness of spiders lived with us. There were always a bunch of ants, both big and small, hanging out on the balcony, and there were earthworms in our souls.All this put a damper on our stay at The Umari. It seemed as if you weren’t the owner of the room, but all these insects 😳

Rooms is simple. My room (Room #1) has a bit of AC problem. Bottle water was not available when we arrived in the room so we have to call the front desk.
