The equipment looks very modern. However, the windows were very poorly insulated. The voices of the geckos make it difficult for you to fall asleep and you wake up early in the morning because of them and can't go back to sleep. The water is catastrophic. We had several villas in Bali and the water from the tap, even when showering, smelled terrible of rust. You can't rinse your mouth with it because it smells very horrible. The room service has a very fake smile and doesn't speak English. The internet is so bad that you can hardly watch a video. The pool hardly sees any sun because the villa was positioned incorrectly. You get maybe 2 hours of sun a day. The water in the pool also smells very pungent. I wouldn't recommend the villa to anyone for the money.

Villa is very goog and it same as in pictures. Rooms are designed very well. People are very polite and friendly. Only negative things are location and wild animals. It is far from Ubud you may loose time to go and come back to Ubud and north of the Ubud. We saw lots of geckos in our room, geckos are okay, but one night we saw a very very big scorpion in living room. We are not very familiar with wild life that's why we were scared.

Of the 2 villas that I booked yesterday. Arvind really exceeded expectations. The facilities provided are very complete. Overall it's not dusty at all, the swimming pool is also very clean. Housekeeping cleans in great detail.

When arriving to the villa, we were amazed about how modern and luxurious it was. When we arrived at the villa and had a look around, we noticed a large spider in the bathroom. We didn't mind this as we live in Australia and we are used to huntsman spiders. However, when we removed the spider we also noticed a nest of baby spiders in the corner of the ceiling. There are gaps between the windows and the door frames due to the style of the Balinese Villa. We understood with previous reviews that there was a possibility of having an odd insect here and there. Within 2 hours of being in the villa we noticed another large spider on the drop ceiling. We also found ants and mosquitoes in our bed as well as geckos in the bathroom. As I have said above we are used to some insects and we know it is normal to experience these insects in Ubud especially beside rice fields. However, we had only been in the villa for 2 hours. The doors and windows had been closed the whole time we were there.I had booked this Villa to celebrate my partners birthday but due to the inconvenience of this issue and the amount of money we had paid for a luxurious and relaxing stay we had to opt to book in another hotel not far from the villa on the night on which we arrived.I had emailed the Villa regarding my concern and offered to pay for 2 nights for their inconvenience but thought it was fair to refund the remaining nights of the stay. I was sent a reply that this is normal here in Ubud and there is nothing more that can be done and offered us to stay an extra night for free. After highlighting all of the issues above via email to the manager | was received with poor consumer service and communication to resolve this problem and I am extremely disappointed as we received no refund of any kind. We definitely will not be staying here again and unless you are happy staying in a "4 star" villa full of insects throughout your stay then do not waste your money and stay here.

The facilities and service are wonderful. It feels local and private. However, since it is adjacent to rice fields, there are many insects. However, if you request the staff, they can clean it for you, so it's okay. It is fully equipped with tableware and cooking utensils. It's a nice villa with a general sense of luxury.

Stayed here for a week on a trip from Lembongan. The service is excellent from the managment and onsite staff. Daily cleaning and replace everything without me asking a million times. Water is super hot in shower and bath which is also appreciated very much.I loved being outside of Ubud enough to be quiet and away from the traffic. It's a straight shot into town so no problem there and can get grab+gojek to deliver from Ubud+Sanur. The villa is brand new, modern build and in great condition 07/2023. The walls are thick and provide a fairly good buffer if there are neighbors next door with kids or music.Would absolutely stay here again. 🙏

Stayed in the Arvind villa for 4days, and it’s stunning. The owner are super kind and really helpful. The villa in itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect. It’s local and private. Just keep in mind that the car ride to Ubud central is around 20min or more, but scooter is faster and it’s so worth it.
