Me and my family had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Vastu! The villa is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and serene area. Pak Tara and the other staff welcomed us with smiles and were very friendly; they willingly helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable; bathrooms are also clean and have all the amenities you need. The swimming pool is clear and clean, and you will be welcomed with a beautiful view of Ubud from the pool. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a villa in Ubud.

Perfect getaway, far away from the crowded parts of the island. Emphasis on 'far away'; it's literally in the middle of fields. We struggled to find food on our first night here, the closest go-food merchant was 10kms away. We ended up tipping the driver generously considering the long, long trip back to crowded area.Anyway, the villa itself was beautiful. Being far away from the city has its perks; the sound of birds chirping and clean fresh air was what we needed. The ambience was serene and very quiet, cant get that in the city. If you're planning for a tranquil staycation with your partner or if you need a few days de-stress from the busy life, this is perfect.Service was excellent. They tried their best cleaning the place, even though it's clearly difficult due to the nature of the surroundings (there are a lot of insects that died everywhere & lizards that pooped everywhere especially at night). But compared to similar places we've been, it was clean.Breakfast needs more work though, there were only plain white toast and fruits. We paid extra for eggs. Lunch needs to be ordered from the day before, which was kind of a bummer since we cant add more or change menu on the day.Overall we feel like this place needs more recognition. A little tweak on the food options and maybe insect repellent is needed though.Highlight of our stay was truly the cats. They love hanging around the dining table but they behave so well we ended up buying them cat food.

The best service was provided by the staff here for our comfort during our 2 night stay, during the bbq moment which was very memorable for us as a family, especially those carried out by the manager / supervisor on behalf of Nyoman Tara who provided support by coordinating the staff here well, thanks 2024

Villa was very nice! Staff was also friendly and helpful. However, the communication was due to Very difficult due to lack of English skills. The only thing you should note beforehand is that the villa is 'far away' from everything. In our room we had white blooms on the floor every morning. When we asked, we were assured it was safe...well!!! Summary: Unfortunately the price-performance ratio didn't work for us
