A MUST MUST MUST PLACE TO STAY WHEN YOU ARE IN BALI !!! And if you are someone who loves nature, then the place is for you !! Hearing the sound of river and birds/ insects during night was a bliss ❤️ We booked for only one night here because we were frightened about insects but to our surprise we didn’t face any. In fact, we were enjoying our night in hammock in balcony 😍 just imagine.. moon, forest, river and us !! Wow definitely we will come back again !! We will choose Bamboo Turtles Ecolodge again and again ❤️ The people in reception were very friendly and prepared a great breakfast for us !! Overall I’ll give 100/10 ❤️ Neat rooms, service, ambiance, maintenance, creativity at its best.. Kindly maintain the same in upcoming years !! All the best !! PC: we were staying there last year (Sept,2023) All of a sudden i started missing Bali and so just pouring out my love here hehe ❤️

Was reading other reviews so I decided I had to shed some light here. Stairs? Yes, you’ll need to climb them in order to enjoy the swimming pool. Which was clean btw. Shared fridge? Yes, but is spacious and is all you need. Shared iron? If you’re the type of person who eats KFC with a fork, yes, that’d be an issue. But who does that anyway? Bugs? Of course there are bugs in the freaking jungle you idiot. Just close the door. All in all, read the freaking description before you book. They deliver what they promise… plus a little more. The breakfast was delicios, the massage was amazing. But the views… out of this world. The staff will also help you with anything, anytime.

We had a chance to stay in this remarkable accommodation for 2 nights.Eco-friendly lodges promote sustainability but they also have everything that is needed.A comfortable bed with a mosquito net, serene surroundings, and thoughtful amenities provide a sanctuary where guests can unwind,recharge, and rejuvenate after a day of exploration and adventure.The service is extremely nice and helpful. They even made one of my dreams come true;)We truly recommend this place to stay!

Lovely, magical place to stay. I was doing a class at a nearby retreat center so chose this stay for its uniqueness and walkability to my class. Service was excellent! Ibu is very sweet and helpful. The cottages are thoughtfully designed, well maintained and comfortable. The location is quiet and not much around. We walked to a spa/restaurant called Villa Kayu Lama which wasn’t far and was a nice walk but along some back roads you might not want to do after dark. Also took a very inexpensive Gojek ride into Ubud one night for dinner and another night a ride to a nearby restaurant on a rice patty and saw a magnificent sunset (called Teba Sari). Would definitely recommend this stay as part of your bali vacation!
