Nice room. Nice grounds of the property. I asked desk clerk to verify price for the room. Agoda confirmation price was in Vietnam dong (I live in Vietnam). My credit card was charged in US$. He couldn't wrap his head around this currency conversion. Of course hotel was paid in Thai baht by Agoda. I was charged in US$. And Agoda confirmation was in Vietnam dong. Finally, we agreed on a price. Not same as Agoda confirmation, higher, but do-able. Then I wanted to rent a motorbike- but check engine light was on. Renter is always responsible for equipment. I took it back. Big argument about all this. We were booted out. My final comment - hotel clerks need to get just a little training in currency exchange, especially when dealing with international travelers. Fortunately, we found alternate hotel.

Listed as in City Center, but at least 10 minutes from the center. Stayed in a studio room and could hear neighbors talking. But room was clean and located in a quiet location.

The worst service ever I see I booked for two days for some reason I did not check in the first day however I get resorts in the next morning around 10:30-11:00a.m nobody at the reception and closed ? then I I call them with the help of drivers they said we can’t even though they pick up the call . I have to book another hotels again what a worst service

Not very impressed..booked a room for 3 nightsBut on the 2nd day, they called and asked us to check out and check in again at 2 p.m.Even though we informed that we would go up the mountain..we didn't sleep.Just make a reservation to find parking.and will come back to sleep on the 3rd nightBut the accommodation still called to check out on the 2nd day.and move roomsWhen asked for the reason, they claimed that the system was like this.So I'm confused..why do I have to check out and move rooms?Since we already reserved 3 nightsAnd the room we booked was a normal standard room.We had to squint and go down the mountain to arrange check-out.According to the staff who calledI'm not very impressed.Another part of the 3rd night We don't sleep any longer.Very not okay

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall, the accommodation was clean, and the staff members were kind. There is a strong smell coming from the shower drain, so you should keep the bathroom door closed. It's a good idea to have a car or bike to get around or explore the area.

This is not what the pictures portray. The hotel is right on the road, so the road noise wakes you up early. Could not sleep due to a barking/crying dog right in back of our room all night long - literally ALL night long! The mattress is pretty old and the small little blanket didn't do anything to keep us warm. When we checked in we had to inform the owner of the exact time that we planned to eat breakfast - which was not very good.

It is a very bad and bad resort. The water is not strong and the room is arranged in the wrong room. The bathroom is not good. Even the remote control for the air conditioner, the television is not good, there is no battery at all. It is not recommended. You should not lose your feelings. Many things are very bad.

Place is nice to stay for one night. Room was clean, however, furniture was poorly selected. If you will plan to go to eat, you will need to go to the town as all restaurants were closed. Thanks for nice lady who was really friendly during our visit☀️

Some ants in the room... But luckily on bed not, I arrived at night so it's kind of far from Mae Hong Son town. The hotel view is beautiful, every room is little house.

Stayed in a room with a rate of 7xx baht, booked through agoda. This price does not include breakfast. Anyone booking on agoda may be deceived by the picture. I thought it would be a single house. The room was not spacious, clean, and the bathroom had a very bad smell. It's like the smell comes from the pipe. All appliances are complete. The room walls are not thick. Hear the sound next to the room clearly. The receptionist is very good.

It's about 7 minutes from the city center, so you definitely need a bike. A bungalow with a clean and cozy interior! The owner is very friendly but you don't see him often.

The room is spacious, has a hair dryer, good water pressure, and has a table and chairs. Located about 5km from the city, there is little parking, the room is not soundproof. Talking on the phone in the next room can be clearly heard.
