While the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the villa itself is quite spacious and close to the beach—providing a nice, cooling breeze—the overall experience at this Airbnb was disappointing.Noise: There is a mosque nearby that holds prayers five times a day. While we were informed about the prayers, we weren't told that the first prayer starts as early as 4 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep.Accessibility: The road leading to the villa is in extremely poor condition—by far the worst I've ever encountered. It's challenging to navigate by car, and even if you rent a scooter, it's very dangerous due to the rough terrain.We initially booked for four nights but ended up leaving after the first night due to these issues. After some negotiation, we were refunded for one night.If you're considering staying here, please be aware of these points.

The stay at Agung View Villa in Nusa Penida was absolutely amazing and I can only give 10/10! The view of the majestic Mount Agung was breathtaking and filled us with wonder every day. The rooms were incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable and the storage space was generously thought out which made our stay very easy.A big plus was the possibility to rent scooters directly on the spot, which were in perfect condition. Thanks to them, we could discover the beauty of the island on our own. If you like underwater adventures, I definitely recommend trying the diving or snorkeling that the accommodation offers. Seeing turtles and manta rays with your own eyes was an incredible experience!The staff was very friendly and helpful. They advised us on trips, recommended places worth visiting and ensured that our stay went without a single problem. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would love to come back!

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely amazing! The view of Mount Agung from the room was breathtaking. The entire facility is very well maintained, clean and stylishly furnished, which only enhances the overall experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always on hand to make sure everything went smoothly. The services that were offered were of a high standard and made me feel at home.If you are looking for a place where you can really relax and recharge, I highly recommend this accommodation. Great location, incredible view and welcoming atmosphereI will definitely be happy to come back here!

I would love it if you could leave separate reviews about the staff and the rest of the things.As in all of Bali, the hotel staff is simply WONDERFUL. They always help you with whatever. Unfortunately, my slightly lower grade is due to other factors...+ The room is a good size and has plenty of space to leave/organize luggage+ The views are very beautiful from the outside+ I insist on the unsurpassed quality of the staff- The beds were not comfortable... my friend and I woke up every day with back pain...- The road to get to the hotel is the worst I have ever driven in my life. The scams are tremendous. We rented two motorcycles, because the two of us would not have been able to drive it around with just one.- It is near the port, and in that area they are mostly Muslims, with their prayers at 5 in the morning by megaphone. So in the early morning at 5 we woke up with prayers.- The bathroom has rather little light.- There are no plugs near the bed- The pool has some very good photos on the Internet, but the reality is that it is a super small pool.With great regret, I would not stay here again mainly because of the mattress and the early morning prayers.
