We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is great and we and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.Even if the rooms are not up to date and the bathroom without curtains was an interesting experience and needed a renovation, you can easily ignore it if you spend a few days there. Breakfast is brought to your room every day. And you can easily reach everything by scooter or on foot.

Please note that the establishment does not correspond to the booking photos. Small swimming pool, dilapidated rooms with bathroom full of mold. No shower, only a bathtub without a shower curtain. Cheap establishment but you can find much better for the same price in Ubud.We left and the owner didn't want to know anything about the refund.The staff is very friendly

We had to cancel the booking due to an accident in Bali. We asked you to cancel your accommodation and politely asked for our amount back with an explanation. Unfortunately, the hotel only limited itself to the hotel guidelines. Yes, the accommodation is right, but they could have shown some humanity.This was the answer from the accommodation: If you can't use a scooter, it's better to spend more money to choose a taxi, but this is not a matter of money, it's a matter of your own safety. By paying more, your safety will be more guaranteed. Why be stingy with your own safety!bye Bye!I was a pedestrian and was pushed on the sidewalk because the scooter driver wanted to overtake a car on the sidewalk...There were many more messages like that, I was spammed...:oh no, that doesn't fall into the definition of karma because I have the right to refuse your refund and it is written in the reservation policy that it is a different story if your reservation can be canceled but I refuse to give your money back.Yes, I am lucky because you are no longer in Bali. If you were still in Bali, I could report all of this to the authorities and we will see who will be justified because I have a reservation that has been agreed upon together.Best regards

Absolutely avoid. We booked 6 nights via Bookings because the photos were very attractive. They have a very good photographer because the reality is quite different (you can compare the attached photos with those on the booking platforms).As for the room, no shower but a bathtub without a curtain, mold on the walls, toilet flush without pressure, no blackout curtain so waking up at 5 a.m.…The common areas are dirty and our room overlooked a construction site just 15m away.As for the staff, smiling because they are Balinese but unable to respond to our requests, the owner being invisible. He just deigned to reply to us by WhatsApp that we had booked and paid and that there was nothing he could do.We ended up only staying one night before moving to another much nicer hotel (too bad for the 5 nights paid and lost).

A completely crazy experience, the Survivor competition is a luxury compared to this hotel. Dirt, stench, mold, insects....this is Umah San. It looks beautiful in the photos, but unfortunately the reality is different. Literally the worst accommodation I have ever seen. Thanks to these reasons, we had to leave the accommodation. And we will never come back here. Following the recommendation of the locals, we moved to the accommodation Tut Winten... and it was absolutely number one with a star, I highly recommend Tut Winten😊

Honest hotel, quiet, very close to the center. Clean room and spotless outside areas. But the difference is made by those kind and always smiling people at the reception who helped us in many ways.Thank you 🙏🏽

Positive: It was possible to sleep well because of the mosquito net, but it was also full of stains. Generally a very quiet accommodation with a nice outdoor area. Pool was a nice refreshment. Location was also very close to the city center (about a 5-minute ride by scooter). Staff was very friendly.Negative: The accommodation is very cheap, but you have to expect that it is very dirty. It was a struggle to take a shower in this bathroom every evening/morning. It was extremely dirty and run down. There was a strange brown stain in the shower that wouldn't go away. There was no shower curtain, so everything got wet afterwards. The toilet was extremely dirty (especially the toilet brush was a nightmare). There were big spots of mold everywhere. The fridge was so dirty that we didn't put anything in it. Towels were not changed.In summary, we wouldn't come back and don't understand the extremely good reviews everywhere... We went to several in Bali and this was by far the dirtiest.

Great place in the heart of Ubud, breakfasts are served with a view of the swimming pool, the rooms are clean, and above all the staff are really lovely. Go there without hesitation!

I travel alot and this was my worst experience to date. Room and bathroom was dirty.huge cracks in the wall. A huge gecko and lots of mosquitos in my room. Mould on the ceiling. Stained furniture. Room was spacious but way more outdated than shown in listing photos. I literally spent 2 hrs there and left to find somewhere else to stay. Owner refused a refund but after i sent airbnb photos of the place they initiated a full refund and a voucher. It was a stressful situation.

The accommodation is quietly but centrally located in Ubud. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, but not intrusive. The breakfast was fantastic and the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. The room was standard, the bed a bit hard, but everything was clean and tidy.

Raya Ubud It's a 5 minute walk away from the street, so you can enjoy the tranquility. The staff are friendly and it feels like you're visiting a home in Bali, but the rooms are reasonably priced and equipped with TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, and bathtub.Breakfast is delicious with lots of options.
