If I could give in minus I would have given minus 10 stars to this villa.Very poor location. Residential area around it. You won’t feel like you are holidaying in Bali. Not recommended if you are going with children. Around 20 street dogs in the street all barking at you.Owner and caretaker doesn’t care about you. Owner very rude. Caretaker has very less hold on English. You would be lucky if you get from her what you need without repeating yourself several times.Broken shower, rusty bar stools, rusty outdoor shower. Nothing looks like as shown in actual pictures. Lizards inside the rooms. Crapy beds may be ikea material.We paid for four nights but stayed one night.No apologies from owner. No compensation. Rather got called aggressive by her when I was trying to tell her the shortcomings.We wanted to show everything to the caretaker and we asked her to come more than 10 times but she didn’t come. May be doesn’t want to face the reality and face us.If you ask her any question about the property when you book, she will tell you half truth. I got told 24 hour security present and I found out she was talking about 24 hour camera. She said cafes nearby but didn’t mention by bike and not by foot. She doesn’t communicate clear so that you book her villa.Please be careful while booking this villa and have clear communication with the owner. We lost money but we don’t want any one else to go through this.

Excellent, clean, fresh villa away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All issues regarding the villa are resolved quickly, you are always in touch with any questions. The villa is clean, there are no foreign odors as can often be found in other villas. Quiet enough to get some sleep. There are no repairs or active roads nearby, which has a positive effect on sleep.There are all the utensils and everything you need for cooking, we love to cook at home 😎We lived in the villa for almost a month, we were satisfied, thank you. The owner Stas is handsome, he always met us 🙌🚀 we wish the business development and prosperity
