This is a mid range - budget commutation. Average.....The room was nice and clean. The view is why we come to this place. The room is clean and basic. Not a luxury hotel. Basic. The coffee shop is very good. The restaurant is pretty good. Our first night jere the restaurant said, "we have only fried chicken." A bit disappointing. The second night the menu was open. If you do not have one of the rooms with a great view this place is just average budget accommodations. Reception and customer service areAll ok and basic. At $77 USD 1 night this room is over priced. Room H7 management please cut the tree that is obstructing the view from this room.

Very nice hotel and not too far from the main area but we had a car. Good parking at hotel. Nice and quiet.The price is reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable (if you like a hard mattress)My only complaint (unsure Agoda or hotel problem) I requested a ground floor room but the hotel ignored my request as i booked a delux room and on the booking page there was no way to know it was ground or 1st floor. The hotel should have called me but probably didn't read my request.But overall nice hotel and pool. We booked this hotel because of the bath which was very big and two people could bath in it

This is an absolutely wonderful place. If you are staying in Pai this is a must stay. The views are incredible and absolutely breath-taking and probably the best I have ever seen. You'll enjoy the mist covering and clearing the mountains most days.The people that run the place are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was really nice and was bought to your room every morning and you select your items the night before. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning with the view down the valley was amazing. We had a bath on our balcony which I'd recommend getting. The rooms are spacious and clean and have big windows to enjoy the view from your bed.There is also a decked and covered communal seating area where you can buy food and drinks and enjoy the view.It is a small steep walk to town but they will drop you off and pick you up free or charge if you don't want the walk.They will also pick you up and drop you back at the airport for a price but it's much safer than getting a bus.

Great view. Amazing breakfast which is brought to your room 🎉😍. Had to drive my motorcycle all the way up the hill, which was daunting to do the first time around but I managed.Unfortunately when I was here the air quality was terrible so moved on from Pai quickly. Maybe better to not go here in February.

Beautifully located houses on a hill. Nice view of the sunset. Good breakfasts brought to the cottage. The center needs some renovation, but it is very clean and the staff is nice and polite. Pai is located a bit off the beaten path, but it has its advantages - it is quiet and peaceful. Only 1.7 km to the center, approx. 30 min. on foot. I highly recommend it.

Incredibly beautiful place to stay just a five minute drive from Pai. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you have already/are planning to hire a bike. Amazing views, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and accommodation!

Amazing location with balconies overlooking the city and surrounding moutainsNature all around, the owner is really sweet and will pick you up from the bus station if needed.The jacuzzi on the balcony is the best and room service breakfast is the cherry on top 🥰10/10 would recommend

I can only speak about the upper rooms, correct ++ but some details to review. We had an amazing view but very loud music coming from afar (not too serious but for those who might be bothered!!!), cafeteria bar on site with possible snacks on the terrace with a very nice view.

We booked the Panorama villa which was beautiful. And we stayed 1 week, the view from the room was breathtaking it's and so relaxing. The bed was big and comfortable, and the spa bath is amazing too with beautiful view. Staff are very friendly and helpful 😊 . They even have a rooftop restaurant which is you can order delicious food and can relax too with the Panorama view 😍.

There is only 1star left to 5star. Reason is that the rooms are a bit aged. But hey with that amazing view over pai sitting in a yakuzi…. As well the stuff is so so so nice anf helpful. Would always go back and recommend for a stay in Pai. Rent a scooter and you can get along easy. They will pick you up from bus station for free

I stayed here because of the panoramic villa.As soon as I first saw it, I liked the open view.But other than that, the facilities are so old and poor that I feel like I just rely on the view and get a high price.The water pressure in the shower is terrible.The door lock is so flimsy that you have to lock it with a key, and of course there are a lot of bugs, and the swimming pool is in poor condition, but is there anyone who uses it?I gave up on the location and made a reservation because of the view, but the last-minute climb is dangerous when riding a bike, so you have to be careful.There really wasn't anything good about it other than the view.I think it would be a much better accommodation if more attention was paid to facility management.

Lovely place, the hotel has a free shuttle to the city center until 9pm! Lovely view, very clean and quiet! The most comfortable beds in Thailand, not as hard as in most places. A spacious, new, clean room and a very pampering bath and shower.Breakfast is included and served in the room or in the cafe upstairs with an amazing view! Worth and recommended. Excellent ice cream as well.
