Not worth the price. Wifi doesn't work. Dogs roaming the property and bark at night. Breakfast is below par. No view from the larger bungalows for some reason.I found a dog on my porch one night and let the front desk manager know. He quickly said that I must have sneaked food inside my room. Too bad for him and the dog that I didn't have food in my room.Very unprofessional.

Like so many other places that advertise themselves as a resort this one has seen better days and is living off its own substance. Our bungalow had no window screens or door screens. Hence the need for a number of geckos that shared our room and made their distinct noises during the night. The A/C unit was old and weak and cooled the room down only a little bit. The bathroom was clean enough but in need of some renovation. The same goes for the lobby/breakfast area.The property is outside of Pai, they will drive you downtown for 100 Baht though. Going back up is about 150 Baht with a local taxi, unfortunately there is no Grab in Pai.If you'd like to enjoy the calm of the place and are ready to accept that it's not in peak condition, this will be the place for you.If you wish to enjoy the pool, they have the largest pool with the cleanest water we've seen on the whole loop. Thumbs up for that.

Very nice Resort in the middle of nature located a few minutes by car from the city center. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious, the staff lovely. Excellent quality-price ratio.

A quiet and nice place run by a lovely couple who was very helpful and friendly to us. The only minor thing i noticed is that we booked 3 villas and ours were a little bit older and not as clean as the rest of the villas but thats ok. Other than that it was a good experience

Although it is a little far from the center, it is surrounded by nature and is perfect for relaxing. The room is clean and has all amenities other than toothbrushes.There were no problems with the water volume or temperature of the shower, and there were no clogged drains or strange odors.The pool on the premises was also kept clean, so I was able to swim in a beautiful environment.This includes breakfast, so I think the cost performance is very good.

This resort is located on the outskirts of downtown Pai.Large garden and fruit tree farm with private roomsOld garden trees provide a tranquil environment.In particular, the swimming pool within the resort provides relaxing relaxation, and the friendliness and service of the staff provideBreakfast, banana. Coffee, as well as spaghetti and bread, provide truly delicious memories.

The hotel excels with its location. Rooms, pool, cleanliness are just "okay". The breakfast was also rated as “best ever” in the reviews! For me it's more "creepy". The offer is cheap and minimalist, porridge that just looks and smells me, toast, *a* indefinable jam, coffee (-3). Coffee is produced in Thailand and it is excellent! There are sausages with the omelet or fried egg, they are disgusting. The fruit is small bananas, which you can get as gifts everywhere here, otherwise melons and papaya. That's it, more of a choice of how not to do it!

What a treat! If you are looking for a secluded piece of heaven, look no more!There is a decent selection for breakfast and the manager is looking after you all the time.You can hear surrounding nature and enjoy killer views from your patio.The only downside is an hour long walk to/from Pai centre, which became a problem when we were stuck in a town with no taxis available, as there is no Grab/Bolt service in Pai.Other than that, all perfect!

Dirty, moldy, shabby, nothing maintained, bathroom looks like a stalactite cave, mattresses and pillows are disgusting 🤮 and so is everything else.The facility is neglected and the pool looks good in the picture, but unfortunately there is a lack of professional service.Unfriendliness is very important!It's a shame about the facility, a lot could be done with a little.I can only advise against it.

The hotel is unreachable for questions. They cannot be reached by email or telephone. The rooms are old and not very clean. The location is far from the center and a taxi costs 200 bath each time.
