For those of you who want to vacation in Jogja but are confused about finding a nice homestay close to the Jogja city area. Try it, the price starts from around 100 thousand with a distance that is not too far from the city center and a comfortable place, so it is the right choice to get a cheap home stay with quality that is not cheap. The owner was friendly, given clear instructions, a comfortable bed, really okay. The room is comfortable, you can make tea or coffee at any time, which is really good

Best place to stay in Yogyakarta, especially if you're a solo traveler! The rooms are clean and beautiful, the staff are all friendly and helpful, plus the location is also in the middle of the city so it's easy to go anywhere. Anyway, I will definitely come back here again on my next trip to Yogya!

One of the best and comfortable that i've ever stayed. The atmosphere of the house is like 80's indonesian house. The floor, the wall and the window, so comfy. Overall is good and no problems at all. Toilet is good and the owner is friendly. Plus they have some sitting area in the backyard and mini sharing kitchen and water dispenser also available. Wifi no issue and water flow is good.Bedding : 8.7/10Cleanliness : 8/10Amenities : 8.5/10Location : 9/10The negative one is probably because the house located on the main road so its getting a bit noisy on the prime time especially in the evening.

Recommended accommodation, good service, nice mother, clean rooms with hot and cold water, wifi facilities, fan, free coffee and tea to make yourself, AC, TV, stove, refrigerator... location near the main square and city center. Prices are relatively affordable for family rooms.

Our family with 2 toddlers stayed in the front room, and were very satisfied. The location is ok, on the side of the main road but there is a large parking space so the homestay area is not dusty and not noisy. The cleanliness and tidiness of the homestay is very well maintained. The homestay decoration is also simple but still aesthetic. AC & TV cable works well. There is a complete kitchen & eating/cooking utensils, suitable for those who bring toddlers/babies and need to cook themselves. The service from the management is very good and friendly. Near the homestay there is a market, minimarket, mosque, police and clinic (complete supporting facilities). Lots of snacks too. Walkable distance to Alun-Alun, Prawirotaman/Tirtodipuran, Jogokaryan (or if you don't feel like walking, you can take a pedicab which hangs near the homestay). Overall very recommended.

From outside the homestay, lobby, to the rooms - the garden is very aesthetic, cozy and authentic, it feels so homely and very comfortable to be able to stay here, especially the garden area which makes you feel at home all day, cool;The location where you want to go is close, look for food, take transportation (Semeru, Daytrans, Transyogya), Jl. Prawirotaman, Alun Alun Kidul (South);Regarding the price, it is certainly worth it, according to expectations, also friendly for the environment :D;Then the guards were friendly, we were treated to some snacks and breakfast because it coincided with the holidays, we also met the homestay owner and his friends who are very well established, have a lot of talent and background but are still super humble;Overall one of the best experiences that maybe you can't get in most accommodation, hopefully you have the opportunity to stay here again, continued success Bloomy House

Book a family type room with a capacity of 3 adults. very comfortable homestay. the location is close to alun alun kidul. There are only 6 rooms, making the homestay conditions always comfortable and calm.
