On paper it looks like a good deal, in terms of price and what you should get. In practice this does not correspond to reality.Yes it is more of a hotel than the other things in the area but the quality of the rooms and the maintenance of the place is not good at all.Luckily we fell on a room in a good condition in the hotel but many friends who were at the same time with us suffered from the condition of the room and the attitude of the employees. It is relatively far from the main street (10 minute walk and 2 minutes by scooter)The atmosphere in the place is the best thing, many people come from all over Pai to sit in the pool and there is a place to bounce a ball and generally relax.I hope the hotel will undergo a massive renovation because at this rate people will not come.

The worst place in the successful pieThe rooms are not worth the money, the mold is leaky and the price is not appropriate. There is no hot water in the shower, the pool is yellow and dirty, and all of this is dwarfed by the most disgusting toilet I have ever received in my life. I ran out of paper for the toilet, power outages. I ask for coffee at the reception in the room (because there are no breakfasts) so coffee too lol there is nothing you dare to ask for. Or talk about it, they answer me as if it's my fault and I should be ashamed that I asked or passed by and worst of all there is no privacy!!

Quite expensive for what you get and it's a long walk to the city centre. The reception staff are a bit careless too.

The bed, blankets and pillows smell musty, like they haven't been washed. There are a lot of ants in the room. The air conditioner is loud. What's not okay is that the water doesn't flow very well and the flow is weak... The atmosphere outside is okay. The place to walk to Pai Walking Street is not very far. At night it might seem a bit dark.

We spent a night there and expected to get the hotel as the pictures showed on their Google. We’d spend more night there but was disappointed by their standards. The hotel is modern but the pool access room that we got wasn’t well kept at all. There was a smell in the room and fine dust can be found everywhere on top of the bed and the shower head this could be sensitive for people with allergy. When I opened the wardrobe, the door of the safe deposit box just kept opening and blocking the wardrobe door from closing, it’s annoying. The pool water was yellow and disgusting. It’s not well maintained at all. When we laid down or moved around, the bed would make noises like it was gonna fall. Just as when we’re about to leave. We found old blood strain on our duvet insert which covered by new duvet cover. It was like they couldn’t wash it off so they just reused it. It’s okay but at the same time we didn’t leave with a positive experience. I understand that it’s 3-star hotel but for the price of 1,065 per night they could have done a better job when it comes to cleanliness.

⭐⭐☆☆☆We recently stayed at B2 Pai Premium Resort. First of all, the presidential suite was really comfortable and offered direct access to a private swimming pool from the terrace, which was a real plus for our experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for relaxing.⭐⭐☆☆☆However, I was very disappointed by one point which seemed scandalous to me: the establishment refused cash. This caused inconvenience during our stay, as we had to adapt to this policy. It would be wise for management to reconsider this decision to improve their customers' experience.⭐⭐☆☆☆Overall, the resort has its strengths, but this payment policy could really tarnish the image of a potentially excellent establishment.
