I loved this place! Our bungalow was really pretty and comfortable. Having never ridden a scooter, I was afraid to rent one, so we did the majority of our trips on foot. Which wasn't a problem at all. Indeed, nearby there are a large number of shops, restaurants (including very good and inexpensive ones), laundry services and pharmacies. We were immersed in local life, and the “Food Night Market” is right next door. I recommend with my eyes closed! :)

Really great bungalows! Everything was perfect from the booking, to the check-in, to the stay. Great modern bungalows, which are extremely clean, with a direct beach and a great location. The employees are also really friendly and it's easy to feel good.

An amazing place that offers service that is nothing less than amazing. The room was clean and cozy with a crazy view of the sea. A small drawback to the place is that sometimes the beach is a little dirty, but overall it was just perfect and in a great location. The attitude was excellent and we felt that we were taken care of for everything. Recommends

Small, basic rooms in proximity to a beach. Only eight rooms plus a beach house on the property so check in and out was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful, quick to respond over WhatsApp though provided some inaccurate information…was told at check in I could show my reservation to reception at a nearby hotel and use their pool, staff at this other hotel said only if I bought food and drink - and kept on buying food and drink as long as I used the pool. Left a bad impression and not sure why this would be mentioned at check in, since I had no expectations going in of having pool access at a property without a pool.Property quiet, some construction going on but this was always at reasonable hours and didn’t interfere with sleep. Bed comfortable enough, the provided sandals were the most comfortable I’ve had provided by a hotel.Beach was the biggest disappointment. It isn’t deep enough to swim, which is fine and not uncommon, but there’s also no where to sit unless you have either the beach house or beachfront bungalow, both of which were booked. Three bean bag chairs are, I presume, meant for other guests to use but these are placed right in front of the porch for the beachfront room, and you do very much feel like you’re invading that room’s space. I ended up going to another, similarly priced property down the road to sit on their excellent waterfront balcony/bar…would have been nice to have had even a few umbrellas and loungers, which is expected at any sort of beachfront property. I got the impression this property was squeezed in between others, and the owners opted to build more units rather than use some space for the expected beachfront common area.A basic but comfortable room that is close to a beach, sums up most of the properties on the island. Staff were excellent, and seemed keen to help even if the pool info turned out to be wrong.All in all not worth the premium to be steps from a beach that isn’t good either for swimming or sitting. 3.5/5

We liked the accommodation, but the bathroom is not air-conditioned and there were several long power outages at the time of our stay. The location is unbeatable, but we still felt that the price-performance ratio was not balanced.

Modern, clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Right on the beach and very quiet.We were a little intimidated by the property's dog, but that was the case for us at many restaurants/accommodations on the island.We didn't like the beach itself, especially at low tide.Still perfect value for money. We would recommend ☺️

Very pretty bungalow which overlooks the beach and the sea. Modern, super pleasant terrace with hammocks and seats. During our stay, the place was very quiet despite the presence of other accommodation and homes around. The host responds quickly and kindly to questions via WhatsApp.It is better to have a scooter (like everywhere on the island). The beach is very pleasant when the water rises to the feet of the terrace, I recommend swimming at sunrise.It's above the average prices on the island, but we didn't regret it.

Quite disappointed with this stay at Sand Terrace Bungalows, although I was delighted when I arrived.I was told at check-in that the swimming pool provided (30 minutes' walk away) was finally being renovated, and the beach in front of the bungalow is not usable (often low tide). Not ideal location if you don't have 2 wheels.The only positive aspects were: the bedding, the calm and the communications by WhatsApp with the host.Regular power cuts (around ten in 24 hours), don't trust their transfer to the port (at 200B) mine was 15 minutes late and I almost missed my boat, take a taxi instead (cheaper) .For the price of the stay, you will find much better on Koh Phangan.

We felt completely comfortable. You can be reached at any time via WhatsApp. You can also rent scooters directly from them at a great price! You can also get to the nearest market super quickly :-) We would come back again and again!

Very great accommodation!! The furnishings are absolutely modern. Everything was very well maintained and clean. If problems arise, someone is always available or even on site. We really enjoyed our vacation here. The only thing that's not so great is that the beach is not suitable for swimming. Very sharp stones everywhere and the sea level is heavily influenced by the ebb and flow. But that didn't bother us much. But we had beautiful sunsets!

I liked: the renovated bungalow, clean and well maintained. The outdoor spaces are well maintained and welcoming. The welcome by Guillermo. Netflix on big screen TV.I didn't like it · The mattress is placed on a concrete base, it's hard! The beach is not pleasant at low tide. No swimming pool here but agreement with a neighboring resort to use theirs... poorly maintained, green water and gloomy atmosphere (The divine comedy beach resort)

The rooms are clean and provide good value. However, it's important to be aware of ongoing heavy construction in the area. Currently, there's construction on the property and a new hotel being built nearby. Throughout my six-day stay, daily construction activities like drilling and jackhammering began at 9 am. Earplugs were a necessity. Additionally, there was a brief water outage caused by pipe work behind my unit, but the staff resolved it efficiently.
