Room not as advertised online. There was mold in several places in the room and a cockroach visited us in the evening.Regarding the service: Employees were in our room without prior notice and changed something, which was very annoying because we actually wanted to relax there that day.However, the cleaning staff was very friendly. However, the bed linen was not as advertised after three days. The bath towels were polyester and not cotton.About the facility: The seating area around the pool had not been disinfected or cleaned and was already very worn out. The disinfectant wipes on the fitness equipment were very dirty. The benches and yoga mat were also very worn and partly torn. Personally, I would highly recommend the gym because of the equipment and the great view. You can buy a daily rate for 300 baht. However, I wouldn't sleep in the resort again - at least not for the price.

Only the most beautiful parts of the room are photographed in the room. However, there is mold everywhere and it is very unkempt, especially the bathroom. In addition, there is hardly any light in the evening as there are only two bed lights and a side table in the room.By the way, the air conditioning in the room was dripping so much that my laptop was completely wet and my diary was completely soaked, as was my backpack. When I confronted the receptionist about it, she said it was my own fault if I didn't turn off the air conditioning when I left the room. I then said that maybe if this air conditioner is really dripping, they should write it down somehow so that they should turn it off, but it is absolutely not normal for air conditioners to drip so much that my entire backpack is wet, as are my diary and my laptop. They then repaired the air conditioning and lo and behold it stopped leaking. I still give three stars for the service because the other employees were very, very polite and helpful.Also, a cockroach came out of our wall.

Come stay 25-28 July. Quiet. There is a fitness center by the sea. The owner is very cute. The air conditioned room is not cool. The owner changed the room for me. Compensate for drinks Unlimited orders, very good.

The place is clean, i got new towels and cleaning service everyday, the people wo work here are nice and helpful. The owner works together with a scooter rental 100% legit. He also speaks perfect French and English. Can recommend this place to anyone!!

5 star for the gym and cafe and location, -5 stars for the resort, room and service. I'd recommend people to stay anywhere else on the island and use the facilities of the gym and cafe. Payed way above average price on the island for a beach side room, room was very basic no TV, poor shower, electricity went twice for a couple hours. Aircon and electrics did not work for the full night on the last night there was no response until the morning, you cannot contact anyone from 10pm until 7am so in the event there is something wrong you are on your own. Did not sleep all night boiling hot with no air con or ability to charge phones and was offered food In the cafe for breakfast and our oustanding bill payed for In the cafe (4 smoothies). A nice small gesture fair enough but not after paying almost 100 euros per night to get 20 euros of free food when we were awake all night in almost 40 degree heat with phones dying because of no electricity is a slap in the face. Asked to speak to one of the owners about a refund for the last night and was told they are busy. Staff didn't seem bothered at reception I'd say semi regular issue they have. I would say if the owners stayed In a hotel with these issues they would be looking for a full refund.

The gym itself is pretty cool. We can also definitely recommend the sauna, pool and ice bath. The bungalows, on the other hand, are more so-so. There is no room service, so even if you are careful not to bring in too much sand, the place will be dirty after 1-2 days at the latest. The drains stink, the garbage isn't picked up and at 7 p.m. it's a no-brainer even for the hotel guests. Unfortunately, the beach is more of a pebble beach and the water is cloudy compared to other beaches on Koh Phangan. During our stay, garbage was being burned in the immediate vicinity of the bungalows and the disgusting smell of smoke was constantly in our noses. The gym is recommended as a day guest, but there are definitely better accommodations for the price.

Unfortunately, I really don't know how all the good reviews here come about. Unfortunately, the bungalows are really rancid and absolutely not worth the price. Very dirty and just in need of renovation. We therefore left after one night and unfortunately did not receive a refund. Very unreasonable. Worth a maximum of 15 euros per night.

Particularly suitable alone. Outdoor gym highly recommended as well as the courses offered👌Quite expensive during the full moon, but worth it.Beautiful views from the bungalows or from the gym/cafe.Service is also very good.

Accommodation that has a total VIBE! We stayed in beach front 1 and it was a total blast! View from the terrace to the sea every day? I don't know better accommodation.The location with regard to the surroundings is also fine.Prepare for the fact that you will have some fauna here and there, but that is probably clear with regard to the surrounding nature.In the morning it is a blast to jump into the sauna, then jump into the tub with ice and then after the shower into the pool. Or exercise.We stayed for 4 nights and then went to Koh Samui where we are now for 5 nights and we are totally bummed that we didn't stay the whole time on Koh Phangan in this accommodation.A special place for us because I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach.

Simple bungalows, beautiful views, idyllic palm garden. The bungalow has very comfortable bed!! Bathroom is simple but totally ok.Perfectly located for trips around the island but also within walking distance of some restaurants. The beach is ok for swimming but of course there are some nicer ones in Phangan... so enjoy while you're there, but definitely take a few trips...I would highlight two things as moderate:Gastronomy: I tried to have breakfast there twice... the coffee was very bad, and what was on the menu (a few bowls, but primarily protein shakes) was not in stock.Bowl 4 tries to order: “sorry we don’t have any more”“Ok then I’ll take Bowl 3”“Sorry no more avocado”“Okay then Bowl 2”Overall: cute, simple, beautiful bungalow complex. Super comfortable bed. Don’t expect luxury… and eat out.Then everything is perfect!

The location is good, but that's where the positives end. It is unknown who the designer and engineer of this bungalow was, but he was definitely a narrow-minded person. The toilet has no door and the wall does not reach the ceiling. So I don’t advise couples who have just started a relationship or shy people to come here, otherwise you will immediately rise to a new level 😁In addition, during the three days we stayed, the room was never cleaned.

Nice beachfront bungalows with a full-service jungle-style gym, including classes, ice baths and steam room. Staff and owner are very accommodating and helpful. Comfortable beds and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. If you seek a beach healthy lifestyle you must visit this place.
