Bad room, bad mattress, bad sheets, bad service, lack of attitude at the front office and indications of a thief. Late Checkin via the application should not be made to pay offline to embezzle it seems. And the deposit money is not returned. By the other front office shift. So all the money goes flying. Not really worth it. 3.5 star price, 1 star quality.

Very disappointed to stay here, because the computer had an error, so I searched the rooms manually to make sure the rooms were empty, after getting two rooms, it turned out that the rooms were really dirty, the sheets, blankets and pillow covers were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and clogged, the water was dirty. until I entered the room, the terrace looked like it hadn't been swept for a month, the AC couldn't be used, the plug couldn't charge it.It's strange that the payment for the hotel room goes into the CS account, actually the concept is good for the room but unfortunately it's not well maintained and far from clean, check in at 1 o'clock the new room is ready at 3 o'clock, that's it with the LC girls who are drunk, the teller is there. reception area. If you want to stay with your family, it's best not to come here, it's not comfortable at all

Visitors are smart. Just say sorry if the keycard has an error. There's no need to say it's because the keycard was kept close to the cellphone, that's why the error occurred. 🤣🤣🤣, I'm an IT person, things like this should be fixed, not given excuses for doing this or that. I'm proud to say that because of the cellphone, the sensor went crazy. Don't keep stupid people, even if they're free. One more thing, there are 2 fat female receptionists, no need to be so arrogant. If the clean bonus is not disbursed, it's better to just resign.

It's best not to stay here. The bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets and pillows were shabby, some of them were torn. The sound in the next room was heard. At night it's noisy, the sound of people moving chairs or cupboards. When I was staying overnight, the electricity tripped once. If you want to turn on the water kettle, you can't turn on the TV because you're worried it will trip. We checked in late at 12 at night, towels were not available. Ordered 2 rooms for 4 people, when asked at the receptionist at night there was only 1 towel. The reason was that the manager brought the warehouse key. The appointment was delivered in the morning, it wasn't delivered until 8 o'clock. You have to call first before it's delivered. The position of the room for rent is on the ground floor of the apartment. No more, stay here.

I'm staying at this hotel... ouch, it's hot, the AC isn't cold, the room is quite spacious, just right for a family, but it's in LG... oops, the cleaning maintenance is not enough for the floor, there's no next, please pay attention to the completeness and cleanliness... the facilities the swimming pool is big and clean... the sports area goes back and forth on the floor and can't find it and it's closed...

This will be my last stay in this hotel. Most of the time i always book this hotel if visit Bandung. As my family staying nearby. I was stayed perhaps about 5x since my niece study there. She is working now btw. So far no complaints about wood hotel. With the price this hotel offer, you cant expect so much for facilities. Although the room now seems run down: the faucet handle shaking, shower handle alot of masking tape, the bed cover seems too small when they combined 2 singles bed together become a queen, wifi keep logging out and need to keep logging in by entering name and password every single time. Its actually fine! I can accept it. But the noise that keep repeating every 5-10 min like other unit doing renovation work, i CAN NOT accept! I cant sleep the whole night and i fall sick down. First, they gave me room 1058, south tower. When i comeback to the room at 9pm. I started to hear noise like something drop from upstairs loudly twice, it reappeated every 5-10 mins. I just let it be first as i still have work to do, i hope the noise will be gone by the time i finish my work. 10pm, i called the operator, the staff asked me to send the voice recording so they can send to management. I did. 10.15pm the staffs kindly assist me to change the room to north tower 1058. In my surprise… again have noise but different, is like something dropped from upstairs 2x then like construction working opening the aluminium material. I just let it be, because i just changed room!!! The result made me really can not sleep the whole night as the noise like drilled in to my brain and made me headache, i see outside, but dark, i cant see anything. 6am, i go out and see and observe, found out the noise is from the car park ramp up, everytime has car going up, it will produce noise and the aluminium sound is the iron drainage that placed on the road.I was so surprised.. as this the very first time i experience this in wood hotel.I sent the voice recording again and inform them about the car park ramp up. They said no other room they can offer me as the rest of the room are inside with no windows. Then i decided to check out and find other hotel nearby. The staff said no refund as i bought from traveloka with no refund. Its okay no refund, as long as i can give the valuables review to others. Thanks to wood hotel to give me comfortable place to rest last time but not now, not anymore.
