Very beautiful house well kept . I suppose I didn’t come at the right time since the receptionist who followed me for my stay didn’t speak English. She is lovely though. I saw from far the owner who seemed well spoken in English but didn’t come . Breakfast is so beautiful and generous. At night I heard the street and the neighbours snoring. I am quite sensitive to noise it might not affect other people. Very good experience to feel in the 19th century in a rich house of Thailand.

Here is a beautiful and authentic guesthouse with a warm hostess. It is an impressive, 100 year old, large wooden house.The rooms are beautifully furnished and the external bathroom is easy to use. The bed is large and very comfortable. I was able to sleep very well.The breakfast is very varied and lovingly prepared, with eggs and chicken from our own farm, with homemade muffins and cookies. The decorations are beautiful to look at down to the smallest detail.Unfortunately I was here far too short.Thank you very much and see you next time 🙏

This is one of the most beautiful traditional houses we have been able to stay in in Thailand! The common areas, the bedroom and the bathroom are truly magnificent! In the morning we were awakened by the singing of birds, it is a little haven of peace which is worth the detour. In addition, the breakfast, very generous, with a very pretty table decorated with plant flowers, was absolutely delicious! Finally, our host was infinitely kind! Thank you again for this welcome!

Pretty, traditional wooden house. Everything was very lovingly furnished, super well maintained and clean. Several balconies with wooden loungers and cushions. Good and quiet air conditioning, good WiFi. Very large, modern bathroom (located separately, but completely problem-free). There were sufficient care products available. A guest refrigerator is in the hallway. Thanks also for the free water. We recommend earplugs at night again, as the house is very noisy and the dogs in the neighborhood also seem to be nocturnal. Nevertheless, we slept very well and felt absolutely comfortable. There was also a delicious breakfast, but it was far too much for us. On the day of departure a tuk tuk was ordered for us 👍. We generally received very friendly service and can highly recommend the accommodation for one night. By the way, we ate very well, in a pleasant atmosphere, right across the street.

The house and decorations are very beautiful, clean, the breakfast is plentiful and beautiful, near the big temple. It is a recommended place to stay when traveling to Phitsanulok.

Extremly friendly host in an amazing wooden house. We been there with our 5 year old son and made friends with the owner kids who live next door. Very quiet, clean, best breakfast we had on our whole trip. Very close to the main attractions. Bycicles for free.

Three minutes from the station. Beautiful place, a wooden house in a quiet place, the ladies at the reception were very kind and smiling. Exceptional price, so honest and good you wouldn't believe it.Suggestive, spacious, beautiful rooms, all made of wood in a traditional style. Top cleanliness.The best breakfast I have ever had or seen, prepared with care and grace never seen before. Abundant and delicious with traditional and European sweet and savory dishes. Outside there are several restaurants (we point out Mr Belly, truly excellent) and two supermarkets.Thank you

Baan Sri Thepban Ancient wooden house in the middle of Phitsanulok city Because hotels in this area are full So I found this house by accident. The house is located behind Wat Phra Yai. Before Covid, this place used to be a spa. But now it's just a residence. The house is beautiful, gentle, with the smell of old stuff packed into every room. Today there are no other guests. So the whole house is ours ❤️

Thai style accommodation It is a large wooden house that is hard to find nowadays. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast is beautifully decorated and, most importantly, delicious and using non-toxic ingredients for customers. Who likes the style of Thai wooden houses? I'm not wrong.There is a slight disadvantage of wooden houses, which is that there is a loud noise when walking. And it's a little dark because the wood is painted dark.

We stayed for 2 nights , the house is very traditional and beautifully decorated nice and close to the river and the night market but leafy and peaceful location.The hosts were absolutely charming throughout our stay the breakfast was possibly the prettiest table of food I have ever seen and all tasted great.On our departure we were given cakes and biscuits for our journey as we had to leave early for the train . Lovely people and highly recommended

It feels like you have returned home. that have been gone for a long timeAuthentic Thainess, originality, charm from the building, rooms, cleanliness, both Thai food and international breakfast are available. I had a beautiful stay here with my wife and my parents. The family is very welcoming and friendly and the house is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is huge and I hate the fact, that I could not eat from it, because I did not feel well this one day we stayed there.Unfortunately the air conditioner is extremely loud when it is running.
