This one is a review in the restaurant zone.I've used the service in the evening before, the service was good, but today I went to use the service in the morning. The service is not impressive at all.There is a food price that doesn't match what's on the menu. I've already disputed it, but the restaurant tells me the price according to the system. I have to stand and argue. to get a refund and showed signs of dissatisfaction If it's wrong, you can refund the money from the beginning without arguing. There won't be any problems at all. We booked a Deluxe room. The room was very spacious and clean, but the bathroom was a bit small compared to the size of the room. Breakfast is good with a variety to choose from.There are 2 fresh coffee makers in the dining room.It's a pity that the towels look a bit dull. They should be replaced, which would be great.

New, clean, cool air conditioning, spacious rooms. The bed and mattress were very comfortable.The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas.There is a hair dryer.The staff provided very good service, giving advice and giving a good welcome.There is good safety. There are security guards to look after parked cars 24 hours a day.There are 2 key cards provided.Come to Phitsanulok, I recommend this place.

Wow! I dont want to share this hotel review but I must! 2 years old, immaculately clean and lovely friendly staff. Big rooms, superfast Wi-Fi and in our room a huge bed!Want to stay in, no problem, the hotel has a great menu choice including Thai and European choices. This is our first stay but won't be our last as we travel regularly between Khon Kaen and Chiang Mai. Thank you Pride Hotel for hosting us. See you again soon.

The location is not far from the city. The room is spacious, clean. Inside the room, the furniture is arranged perfectly. The big screen TV really pleases me. Breakfast is good. Stay for 3 nights in a row. Food changes every day, not monotonous. There is enough parking for customers. Most importantly, there is an electric charger, very modern. I recommend it.

Very modern hotel with a nice design that has a restaurant, bar and excellent gym. I am a gym person and this one is fully equipped with Life Fitness cardio and weight machines. The building incorporates fire safety sensors, emergency lighting and security pass key access to gym, elevators and rooms. There is a large covered parking area at the rear of the hotel. Our room was big and comfortable. The TV was very large but not set up for Netflix. There wasn't a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast which included made to order eggs was good. I like that they have coffee machines that you can operate for custom.order. Some reviews said the walls were thin or they heard noise from above. We didn't experience this.Will definitely stay here again!
