Why was my one-star review deleted? Accepting reservations without informing you about the renovation, and then not refunding the money afterwards? Is it the correct service attitude to go to the scene and turn people away?

The staff members are very cute. Whether it's responding to messages via the page or face-to-face serviceThe rooms are clean, sleep comfortably, and the relaxation room has many zones. There is definitely a chance to come back and rest again.

Everything is perfect. We stayed in a private bedroom for 4 people. And appreciate with nice bedroom, bathroom and specially fully breakfast 😍🥺 And we’re very thankful for your warm service that support us when it’s come to no electricity (unlucky).100/10 and will make it again here when come back to Phuket!❤️❤️❤️ Recommend

Great stay, rooms are spacious and clean cool design with what I’d describe as an influencer room with a mirror and huge window with sofa thing in front, couldn’t get the water hot in the shower tho. Free breakfast was interesting to say the least but tasty all the same and the common room is cool too. If we ever come back to Phuket old town we will stay here %100

Amazing hostel, cold AC, nice workers and house keepers, clean bathrooms. Free lockers and towels.One of the best hostels I ever stayed.The only problem is that the beds are so low that you can’t properly sit on your bed. Besides of that everything was perfect.

The rooms are very tidy and clean. They have a good facility inside the room. But chose this location wisely as it seems to look like a ghost town post 7 pm hardly any people around. Strees feel deserted. Only time it's worth staying in this location is on Sunday as they have Sunday walking streets and a good crowd. For the rest of the days it's a big no to stay there.

The room has stains on the sanitary ware. The shampoo and shower cream bottle broke and couldn't be pressed. Cloth that has been prepared to smell. The bed sheets have floating red spots, stains, a lot of dust in the room, the air conditioner isn't cool, it takes a long time to start getting cold. Sleeping for one night is more comfortable, food is ok. If you stay at this price compared to other places, it depends on the person.

Feels like visiting your own home-Friendly staff (from the receiptionist to the Housekeeping) they very accomodating-Great location - only 2 minutes away from Bus terminal 1 Phuket (so this is the best option if ypu just arrived in the town or you will go to the Airport)-7 Eleven 24th hour is +/-100m away-Spacious bed including towel-Kitchen-spacious common room ( by the time i check in im the only owned whole bed room,-They have netflixx on the big TV screen and very cozy armchair i even finish watched ‘one piece’ there feels like my own house ;)-nice interior design-clean washroom + hairdryer-tranquile ambienceConsSince its low season they didnt provide any coffee or teaThe bar / restaurant downstair is also closed

Excellent place for remote workers looking for a laid back atmosphere to get work done. Exceptionally quiet and calm atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay and had a whole room to me and another traveler that didn’t stay long.

I stay here for 2 nights, this place is so close to the Phuket old town, you can just walk 10 mins. The room is really clean with breakfast included. Also have the smart tv with netflix account.I would love to back to stay here in my next time Phuket trip.PS. My room type is Cozy queen room.

Didn't stay here, but frequented the lobby cafe. It was clean, cool (visually as well as temperature wise) , staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed coffee and some interesting fried stuffed buns.|Will definitely call again if passing but it is a little off the main drag
