I went everywhere easily while I was staying here. Central location. But the room cleaning was not very good. Also the shower in the bathroom looked like it was going to break. It was not solid and if it broke it would be thought that the customer did it. They did not change the room sheets and towels. I stayed for 4 nights. But it is a preferable hotel room for the location.

I would like to write a review on this hotel, because after the number of negative comments I have seen I would like to clarify it for those who are looking!The hotel is located right next to the OldTowm, really a 2 minute walk which is great. It’s the cheapest in the area, we paid 8 euros for a double air-conditioned room. Entry is done automatically with a QRcode that we receive when the room is ready, but the manager responds quickly on Booking and even let us in before! The rooms are large, the hotel has a humidity problem, it's real, but if you turn on the air conditioning, 10 minutes later the room is largely livable. The bathrooms are clean and large, the bedding is really super comfortable. The walls have retained humidity even though the renovation effort is there, but what should not be forgotten is that it is 8 euros for a double room, air-conditioned and right in the center. So it's definitely worth it especially for just 2 or 3 days and on top of that the hotel is also super well soundproofed!☺️

The room is modest, but clean, the view from the window is onto the sad backyard, after the rain, ants can come to visit. The smell on the 4th floor is heavy, but there is no smell in the room. Hotel without staff. To enter you need to enter “*” the first 5 digits of the reservation number with booking “#” then to get into the room you need a QR code. You need to get it in advance by sending your email to the hotel through the chat of the booking website.Attention!!! If the lights are turned off, then the magnetic locks open and in fact anyone can enter your room (For example, when you are not at home), but this is of course unlikely!I put 4 stars because the price was very low and I am unpretentious

You have automatic online check in if you're lucky you will find someone who help you and then when you finally after so many hours get in your room you will discover that the windows in the pictures are there but you cannot open it even if your room stinksI forgot to read the other reviews before booking😞😞😞😞

- Unacceptable amounts of black mold made the sir unbreathable. Extremely unsafe. My wife and I both developed a sore throat after only one night.- Many cockroaches and ants everywhere in bathroom and in bed.- no ventilation- air conditioning is broken and does not cool down the room. It also has a leak which contributes to the humidity and mold.- big leak from bathroom ceiling. Water from unknown source leaks onto middle of the bathroom floor.- bathroom ventilation taped up.-windows screwed shut. No way of creating ventilation- room is extremely stinky.

Minimalist room, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, we stayed two nights here and it was very good! Autonomous arrival using a QR code, easy and practical! Reasonable price considering the time of year

There was black mold in the room, the receptionist said I was lying and they just hung up on me. It wasn't until I turned on Agoda that they refunded my money and I found a much better hotel around the corner.

It's a perfect place for backpackers . The room is average with average with minimum services. Would recommend to stay for a day, but not more than that.
We paid 800 THB per night through Agoda but the notice on the door said it is 450 THB per night.

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place for you.The room was disgusting, stains on the bed linen and towels, the bathroom is very small, the room has windows but none open, the water does not drain in the shower. In the room, due to the fact that it is impossible to open the window, it is stuffy, oxygen does not enter the room. The door to the room does not close the first time (it is magnetic and the magnet does not always magnetize the first time). There is nothing to say about cleaning in 7 days, they cleaned twice and only because they hung a sign on the door asking them to clean. They didn’t give us water every day; during the whole time they only gave us three bottles of water.There was no response to requests to replace bed sheets and towels; they simply ignored the messages.The only plus is, perhaps, the location, but compared to the minuses, this is nothing...Number 204.

The rooms are very simplistic. You have a bed, bathroom and air conditioning. No more. The room (and actually the entire building) smells very damp and musty. The room has no windows, only a door to a mini balcony.I also didn't feel like the sheets were clean, there were orange stains on them.Room service was only new water and toilet paper, a clean towel would be nice if you stay for several days.

I will rate this experience as 10/10 cockroaches. Cleaning service is not complete, just take the rubbish out (but not from bathroom). Bathroom full of cockroaches, we killed 10 of them, in the room are ants. Bedsheets with holes, air conditioner at the 16 C not cold at all, fridge doesn't working. Just used this room only for sleep, could not stay inside.

Clean single rooms with bathroom and toilet. No reception but can message them via LINE app or telephone number. Near to a motorbike rental shop (Mr Yao motorbike rental), bicycle rental shop (Mongkol bicycle phuket) and a DTAC shop selling much cheaper SIM card than airport and 7-eleven. Also near to Sunday Walking street (Thalang road) and the bus stop to take Orange airport bus to airport.
