We were guests in this hostel and booked a trip via Kho Phi Phi Leh to Koh Lanta on the recommendation of the hostel. We asked several times whether we were actually going to the famous Maya Beach and I was always assured that it really was. We were told we didn't have to worry about anything, neither luggage nor any other costs. We paid 1600 baht for two adults and a baby. Now to the problem, we haven't arrived on Phi Phi Leh but on Phi Phi Don. We stayed there for 1 1/2 hours and had to pay an additional 190 baht for luggage and arrival. We also had to unload the luggage ourselves and make sure it got back on the right ship. That wouldn't be a problem, but we have a baby with us who particularly suffered from the trip and the sun and the stress that came with it. Everything they assured us didn't happen and they knew we were traveling with a baby and we asked if it was really stress-free and comfortable, which was answered in the affirmative every time. We then went to Koh Lanta on an old ship without air conditioning. A letter from the accommodation afterwards asking what went wrong was not addressed. Clear rip-off, it was all about the money. It was also the first accommodation that our child wanted to bill as a full-fledged adult, even though he slept in our bed and didn't need a separate place on the ferry, which of course isn't the case since he sits on our lap. I would advise against these people, no heart for family and children, just dollar signs in their eyes. And then don't even take a stand. A big disappointment for us!

I arrived very early and there was no one at reception, they leave a number on the door... I called and they arrived about two hours later and told me that I couldn't come in until 2 p.m., so I decided to pay another night to be able to come in right away since I was coming very tired from a long bus trip, the laundry service is terrible, they did not give me a pair of jeans and your personal things get lost in the rooms, the location is good if you want to be in the old city, but if you want to be in the area of Patong beach leisure is very far away!

The location is the only strong point. Difficult check-in and check-out, minimal breakfast and some rooms without windows. Broken showers and insufficient services. 2 stars because 1 would not be credible. Choose something else!

The showers and the bathroom are really small. There was a lot of noise from the cars of street all night, the beds where just ok. For staying one night just because you need it is OK, I wouldn't stay there longer

Very good hostel.. i liked it very much... Good environment and hostel is very clean.. Helpful staff.. she is very friendly .. if we have any doubt, she will give clear information. Breakfast is free.. I stayed 2 nights. I enjoyed a lot.. There are spaces to sit in ground floor and also in first floor. I stayed in 3rd floor. It is a dorm room. It has 4 beds and is near to 10 bed dorm. It has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms .. AC will work from 5pm to 9am only. But fans are available during daytime. Heater is available for bathroom, so there is no problem for hot water. I highly recommend this hostel for stay.

Homely hostel at cheap price.1). Location: At the old town area. Airport service bus will reach nearer to the hostel and a 5 min walk will take you to the hostel.2). Facilities: Hostel has nice sitting area at the ground floor and also in first floor. Free Wifi everywhere. Morning breakfast with tea/coffee is privided. Air conditioning is provided from 5.00 pm to 9 am. Fans will help during day time. Entire hostel is made with marine theme.3). Beds: Private beds at 2nd floor and dorms are at the 3rd floor (no lift). Both 4 bed dorm and 10 bed dorm are in same hall. Basically one has to walk through 10 bed dorm to reach 4 bed dorm. 4 bed dorm have windows while 10 bed dorm don't.Beds are big enough to accomodate 2 people. Very comfortable. Screen covers entire length of the bed.4). Toilets: For dorms, 2 toilets and 2 bath rooms are provided seperately but bit small. Hot water is supplied all time. Toilets are maintained clean.5). Social activities: I think they dont arrange any tours, but the lady there, she knows everything and she will guide correctly. Because of her, my stay became hassle free.6). Price: This is the cheapest hostel I found through many websites.Overall my stay was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.
