locationAccommodation in the Old Town zone, near famous shops and Sunday Walking Street. You can walk comfortably.centralThere is ample parking, a swimming pool, and no elevator.Lobby open until 9 p.m.RoomWe stayed in the Deluxe King Room, 3rd floor, price 1,300 baht, the mattress was comfortable. There is complete equipment. But I'd like to deduct points. The air conditioning room is loud. (Already informed the staff but it's still loud) and got a room right next to the stairs, making a lot of noise when people open and close the door.

Near Lard Yai, easy to walk around. Wide parking space Friendly staffBeautifully decorated, the rooms look new and clean. But there is a noise problem in the building itself. It's like the walls are very thin. We read books late at night. Heard the sound of stomping feet all night, the sound of opening and closing, slamming the door of the room many times, very scary, annoying, don't know from where. During the day, there was the sound of something drilling outside, very loud.Lobby has opening and closing times. Closes at 9 p.m., opens again in the morning. It's late and I don't know who to inform.

Small, nicely refurbished room, and clean and tidy, however the toilet seat was broken and didn't fit the toilet. Told reception, but nothing was done in the 3 days we were there. Rooms advertise balconies, but there is no furniture, the pool stunk of god knows what. Nowhere on the website mentions that their are no lifts. Little to no response from staff when passing through reception.

The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was good too. The location was good as we were tucked away but close and walking distance to the old town.

Horrible experience and the worst ‘service’ I have EVER experienced when travelling. Our room was a little house on the ground floor, right next to the pool which at first sight looked like a great spot for a hot day in the city. However, it turned out that this house in the courtyard was located RIGHT NEXT TO a local market, with people and vehicles coming and going from 3 AM (!) in the morning. We didn’t sleep AT ALL due to the sound of the motors and people screaming and shouting. Moreover, there’s no one in the reception from 07.30 (as written on the sign) and no one’s is answering on any of the telephone numbers. So, there’s basically nobody to complain to.We feel absolutely horrible after loosing an entire night of sleep. This is the worst experience we have had these 2 weeks in Thailand, and what a horrible way to finish a wonderful vacation. The pool house has the most horrible location right next to a noisy local market, preventing you from getting any sleep at all. Do your research and find a better option in Phuket.Best,Ellen

Horrible noise in the night - Horrible! From 3 to 8 AM - motors and shouting from the market located 5 meters just behind the room we stayed in. Didn’t sleep at all in from the time we woke up at three in the “morning”.And a weird smell - which we found out was a combination of the market dumpsters and the toilets (see pictures with the hotel in the background)The market is quite empty in the pictures compared to 5 hours before when we were in bed with airpods in our ears and pillows over our heads…
