The male owner is obnoxious. Just on this point I am totally gobsmacked how this place can be rated a 9 on Bookings.com. A 6 is the best I can give this place thanks to its excellent location. My room was comfortable enough but why they decided to wire the power points to the light switch is as baffling as it is annoying. This means that u can only charge your devices with the room light over ur bed on and u certainly cannot charge anything when u are outside as it uses your card as master switch. There’s a no food in ur room rule and the dining area out the back can sit max 8 people around 2 tables. The front of the hotel is used as a retail space in the day time and theres one bench, 4 chairs n one table that serves as the lobby. Will I stay there again? Don’t think so.

It seems unfriendly, but it's friendly. The soundproofing isn't great, but the location of the accommodation is overwhelmingly good.

The hotel staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. When we left our luggage at the reception before check-in, they put a note on the bag that later turned out to be someone’s passport copy. Zero attention is paid to privacy. While I appreciated the no-shoe rule upstairs and the room itself had a nice vibe, the parking situation was a nightmare. The street has alternating parking each day, and I ended up parking on the wrong side. The staff called early in the morning, shouting about a 1000 baht fine. They reminded me at least five times about the 1000 baht fine but never mentioned beforehand that I couldn’t park on that side overnight. They said I could try to park inside the hotel (without ramps) or just park on the other side.Additionally, they reminded me at least four times that the check-out time is at 11. We checked out around 9:00 am, but it felt like their way of making us understand that we were not welcome.Overall, not a great experience. I recommend Chinotel instead—same price, better rooms, and service.

Good location next to Sunday Walking Street. There is 1 day a week. It's best to come on Sunday. There is no parking, you have to find a place to park yourself. Opposite the post office is full. Recommended to park at Perl Hotel. It belongs to the owner of Toyota Phuket. Pay the security guard 100 baht. 400 meters from the hotel, just a short walk away. Seven is 600 meters away. Booking through Agoda will be cheaper than paying directly at the hotel. The price difference is around 100 baht. Check-in 2:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. The room on the balcony is 2.5 meters wide, 6 meters long, and has an ensuite bathroom. Cleanliness is ok. The building is about 20 years old but newly renovated.

Book a double room on Agoda On site it said the double room air conditioner was not cool and was closed for repairs. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was thin, like sleeping on a ring. The accommodation has wooden floors. The noise was quite loud throughout the night. Not recommended for people with sensitive ears who have difficulty sleeping.

The house and the room nice and clear for a very affordable price. It could have been 5 stars but it isn't because at check-out we asked if we could leave our two small backpacks for a few hours but they only allowed us until 12:00 (only 1h and half)And the staff wasn’t the best.
