We booked through agoda and upon arrival, the owner told us that he does not work with agoda and that he does not have a room for us.Bad surprise.

You feel like you are staying with a family but in a good way.Owners pay good attention to guests and very friendly.Rooms are really big and clean. Bed is comfy. Have a small balcony if you want to relax. Bathrooms are nice and big.Have a small fridge and cupboard in the room. TV is working tooNo elevator so if you have a big suitcase you have to carry it upstairs. No shoes allowed after reception but it's not a problem at all.Stayed in December 2023

Highly recommended place to rest. The room is nice and spacious, with a little balcony to sit on. The bathroom was scrupulously clean, towels changed every day. The area is perfect, as it is close enough to the center to walk to the places for dinner and drinks, and in a quiet area to rest without noise. The owners are very friendly, they helped us with everything we needed and more. We extended our stay in this place because we were too comfortable, I definitely recommend it.

I liked everything very much. And the cleanliness of the room, and the Internet, and the owners. They cleaned every day, even the towels were changed every day. It is close to all the main streets, but at the same time the street itself, where the windows face, is quiet. Cool balcony.

The room was clean, but there was a big cockroach.Service is good.There is a supermarket and a restaurant just a short distance away, but it is not recommended to go there late at night, especially with women or men alone.

It's a place where the owners are very friendly. It's near the terminal, so it's easy to get to by taking the airport bus, and there's a lot of food in the nearby market.

Excellent value for money. A stone's throw from Bus Terminal 1 (Google showed us around the block but it's only 200 meters away) and a short distance from the centre. Quiet area. Very clean, towels changed every day, water provided daily. Our room on the top floor (4th without lift, if you have difficulty climbing stairs it can be a problem) also has a small balcony and is very bright. Refrigerator, TV, hot water, aircon, plenty of space to put suitcases. Fruit, coffee and tea are available. Coin-operated washing machine, lies on the solarium. The owners are very courteous and attentive to customer needs. We stayed very well. A thousand thanks

We booked and payed money with Agoda. When we arrived host said that there is no room for us. We wasted our money and time... Very inappropriate managing. Host wasn't interested to solve a problem...

Great value for money.The boss is very kind and caring. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The location is perfect for visiting Phuket Town.We stayed 5 nights with our granddaughter, every morning there was a little attention for her.Thank you very much for this stay, we will come back with pleasure!

Such a nice place with the loveliest family we met in Thailand. The mum is so kind - she helped us doing the laundry and was always there with a huge smile. The rooms are huge, very clean, lovely and comfortable. The location is perfect and you would definitely feel at home. Thank you so much!!! :) Hope to see you again in the future!
