Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Surin beach without rushing. Very cozy location, several beaches within walking distance, but, in my opinion, Surin beach is the best. It's nice to live without neighbors, in a separate house with a veranda. The house has everything you need, 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a wardrobe. It’s great to chill on the veranda in the evening, with a beer or cocktail. Squirrels jump around, birds sing, and lizards come to visit. Special thanks to the owner Ton - a very responsive and pleasant person!

Good Property if you want a homestay style Vila, Khun Ton (contact on the property) is very friendly and helpful. He is also very responsive on the chat. They provided us with some snacks and water bottles. You will need to get your own toiletries as they do not provide the same. This place is nearby Surin Beach with the traffic in Phuket it is surely away from the Patong beach area. If you are ok to spend some time traveling or if you want a place away from the noise or if you have your own transport like I had then this is a good value for money place and is a must recommend! One important note they have a Muay Thai Club right at the back of the Vila I read in many reviews that it is noisy sometimes of the day but for me I did not face any issue on the noise because I spent most of my time traveling around Phuket.

Great, huge bungalow (more like a house) with a pool. There is a Muay Thai Training Center behind it (so if you are looking for complete peace and quiet, you should take that into account). It takes about ten minutes to get to the beach. Everything you need (and don't need) is there in the area.

We love this place!Very new and clean. Kids love the 3 tvs and pool just outside the unit. The air cond is super cool, washer super handy, bed and pillow super comfy.Drive in to the apartment might be confusing at first but nothing Waze or Google map can't handle. A short drive from the beach and shops. They have hourly shuttle service to and from the beach but only starts at 11am.Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
