Iwould like to just say a big thank you to Katrina, Luck and the team for making the stay amazing.We are a big group of family consisting of 14 pax and the villa was perfect. All the bedroom surrounds the pool and it makes it so cohesive! The helpers managing the villa was very thoughtful with preparing fruits for us everyday and attending to our needs especially the first day when we had a small incident'. Our family enjoyed the stay throughout and we can't wait to come back again!Just an additional notes on villa expectations that might not be in other comments, the villa is really clean but just a tad old, I heard from the helper that a lot of stuff are getting replaced and can't wait to see that! There is a mosque next to it which has prayers starting from 5am. I use to have bad experience with it at another location but this time round, I hardly hear anything! The sound was really soft and we all slept through the morning!Again, thank you so much for everything!

Two weeks of excellent holiday for a large company (14 people) in a comfortable villa flew by in a flash. Many thanks to Ekaterina for the five-star service and the precise organization of all additional “wants” (food, cook, transport, flowers). Polite and trained staff, cleanliness and 24-hour attention, excellent location. I recommend!!!

This is not the first time we have stayed with friends at this villa: the service is always excellent. Cleanliness and order at a high level.The villa manager is always in touch and promptly resolves any issues that arise.It is also very convenient that everything is nearby - shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.I recommend!

A wonderful villa for a large family or company, 8 bedrooms, large dining room, working Internet, console, billiards, barbecue. An excellent chef and very adequate staff. 200 meters to the sea, ideal location. There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. The Ketch Club is within walking distance. For children there is mini golf nearby. Perfect!

We rested in November in this wonderful hotel👌Very responsive and unobtrusive staff. 5 minutes to the sea. The kitchen is simply 6 stars. I have been to many places, but I want to return here with my family. If you want to spend the rest of your life in paradise, I would choose this place with my wife👌Loved it!!! ❤️
