Room is standard size, however the bathroom and shower are not in good condition. There was no functional hot water, and the water pressure was almost non-existent. Additionally, the bathroom had about 7-10 spiders, and did not appear to have been cleaned for ages. The towel given does not dry very well, as it is made of microfiber which does not absorb water well. There is no comforter, but they do give a top sheet to cover yourself in the bed. The checkout is much earlier than most hotels, at 10 am. Take note of this. On the plus side, the A/C worked. The price as of September 22 was 580 baht per night. Overall, I think for the location and condition of the room, it's not a great value. But if the room and bathroom is cleaned, and conditions improve, it would be worth it.

The room was very dark, the window (with mosquito net) faces the garage. You can hear the main street very loudly. The bathroom is very old and dirty. The floor in the great room was clean, but not by the refrigerator and under the bed. There hasn't been any cleaning there for a long time. The walls were partly dirty with cobwebs and there were many insect marks on the wall and ceiling. There was no breakfast, just instant coffee and hot water for 10 baht. Check out is too early at 10:00 a.m. The request for a late check out was rejected because cleaning still needed to be done. We were the only guests in 7 rooms. And it didn't look like this room or any other was being rented today. The landlady seems listless, the only thing that was important to her at check-in was that the shoes had to be put on the shelf in front of the door and that she could see the passport IMMEDIATELY, even before we could put our suitcases in the room.Therefore well-intentioned 2 stars.

The owner of the accommodation is cute. Friendly care Feeling good, not uncomfortable It's like being at your own home. Clean room, cool air conditioning, strong wifi, and there's parking. But maybe not a lot. But the owner is cute. Stay safe. It's like someone is taking care of you. Will definitely come again. Affordable rooms

Reserved through Agoda. But the hotel said there was no room to look at the reservation number, but didn't see it. Asked what day the reservation was made (not the day of stay). Who would have remembered that the reservation had already been cut off and then asked to see proof of the reservation but didn't see it? In summary, go stay at another place called Kinnaree Apartment. It's good to stay at another place because there is parking. The old place didn't exist and looked like a small motel.

The rooms are clean, the price is not expensive, P'Jinny is very cute. Thank you for the kindness of the guests. I would like to share my impressions beyond the accommodation. Came to Kanchanaburi this time to come to the marathon but the car broke down. Brother Jinny drove the car to the running track and had business contacting the mechanic to check the car for me.....Thank you again.

Had a really great time staying here! Very friendly and kind staff, very helpful. Good sized room with private bathroom and air con etc. Great location with a market not far. Hope to come back again 💚

The owner's aunt takes care of her very well. The accommodations are clean and equipped with all amenities. The price is not expensive, very worth it. Next time, we will definitely stop by again.
