The room is spacious. The bathroom was as wide as the bedroom. But it's like the room hasn't been cleaned in a month.Hard, lots of dust, water heater doesn't work. My girlfriend is someone who can't take cold showers anymore. It's already late when changing accommodations, so I sleep in a bored state. When it's late, there's a knock on the door next door again😂😂 (First trip to Kanchanaburi, I'm really bored.)

The service is extremely poor. Just go on a trip and spend the night with your girlfriend. Suddenly an employee came and asked: My boyfriend is the same age as me. When I replied 16-17, he fired me saying it was against the law and the money had already been paid. I would like to ask. In conclusion, the hotel or Marut, even if children 16-17 years old cannot enter, the staff likes to talk about the children's part a lot. Hotel owner, please check on the staff.

The service is very bad, especially the grandmother who wears jeans at the counter. Her heart is only temporary. Damn it. Leave it to the hotel owner. You should consider kicking her out. Auntie wears jeans. She should train her in manners.

I stayed up overnight at 3:00 a.m. My girlfriend woke me up and said that someone was knocking at the door. I was sleepy and came to see my girlfriend sitting there crying for me to stay. In conclusion, when I opened it to look, it was probably an employee there who said that my stay time was over. So I asked what the time was up for, and he replied that it wasn't a temporary stay, so we said he was staying overnight and then he walked out dazed, looking like a drug addict.I advise people who are looking for a place to spend a little more money to find somewhere else to go. At least sleep in a room that looks comfortable.(The items in the room are terrible and seem to break all the time.)

Saturday, August 18, 2023, came to check in at 1:30 p.m. and got room number 29 on the edge of the hotel. I thought it would be good enough to sleep at night. Come pick up a shirt and bib for the Wang Khanai Half Marathon 22 km. The release tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. Enough to sleep for the price, no refrigerator, no window, motel style, both temporary and overnight.

Nighttime cashiers are terrible. It was our own mistake. We stayed in a 500 baht room and we came in late at midnight. We were confused. We paid him 1,000 banknotes, 1 banknote, 100 banknotes, 4 banknotes.Total 1,400 baht We went to sleep. We didn't check any money in our wallets.We were going to eat breakfast so we took out the money. So I just found out that the money I paid was 900 baht too much. We went in to ask and the staff said they didn't see any.

It is a very old hotel. The employees seem like they don't want to work at all, have no interest in customers, the bathroom is wide, the air conditioner isn't very cool, they have mattresses covered with rubber (sleep and your back gets hot like this). The hot water doesn't seem good or not, not sure because the hot water hasn't been turned on yet. hot Room prices are not the same again. The price is written on the side. When you actually stay, collect another price.

The room price is not expensive. But the quality is not at all. The room is stuffy, the air conditioner is loud, the water heater doesn't work. Can't request to change room😓

It was raining, there was a water leak on the sofa, the toilet was leaking, there was no water, the TV was small, the bathtub compartment had a leak.

Good, the room is very spacious. In front of the room there is parking for 2 cars. The room is reasonably clean, the air conditioning is cool, and there is a closet for clothes, a dressing table, and a sofa. There is a bathtub in every room. Minus 1 star for the hot water not working.

Can't handle it. Price is 500. Thin blanket. Air conditioner is loud. All night I didn't sleep. In the morning the room was kept by the kids shouting and talking loudly. The shower water flows very slowly. Wash your head until the solution runs out. Plus, it's still not enough for the power to go out in the morning. My boyfriend finishes taking a shower and can't blow dry his hair anymore. The screen is finished.
