The rooms are in good condition. But the walk is quite far. Stayed on the ground floor, like underground, felt suffocated and quite uncomfortable. The corridor at night is very dark. Phil looks like he has to turn on a flashlight himself.The hotel is quite big, very wide, lots of places. You have to go down the mountain and have your own waterfall. Lots of swimming pools, lots of activities.Confused service, booked a package in the x treme section, but we went as a group of 2 people, couldn't specify a time, had to wait for someone to join us. There may/may not be. Can't specify at all Shouldn't they sell the package for 2 people? Focus on family. If 2 people have to pay more to go rafting, 350 each, total 700. It's strange to have to pay more.Drive the electric car and the employee says that if the charger is free, they will call you. He disappeared quietly and didn't call me, so I had to come and check myself.The evening meal is not called pork katha. But is it grilled with butter? Personally, I bought it as a package but was confused about having to buy additional water from the package. Even water must be purchased additionally. Asking for a separate package of grilled pork buffet, priced at 900. If you pay 900 and get something like this, it's not worth it. Strangely, the fried rice tastes bad, like you've cracked an egg and stir-fried it. Didn't cook anything. The rice crackers that I just laid out didn't taste as good as if they had been exposed to the wind for a long time. Som Chuet Yod Curry Soup Fried food is not delicious. The edible part is the mushroom?? But it's gone quickly, often, very little. Personally, I don't have much of a problem when it comes to eating. But should improve That is, it shouldn't be delicious. The stuff is already quite fictitious. How to make it not delicious?Normal, basic breakfast: eggs, sausage, rice, ok, not wow.

Really sorry, but if you walk through this resort it is dated. Rooms are really good and of course the service and location. But the rest no, it looks like faded glory. Corona probably didn't do this resort any good... too bad

Good accommodation with 3 swimming pools. The breakfast tastes good: American breakfast and porridge/fried rice. Unfortunately, the raft room has been moved far from before Must walk up and down 50 steps. and continued walking to the room If you have to go up and down often, you'll be tired. The accommodation is quite far from convenience stores and restaurants. The road down to the accommodation is quite steep. Because you have to go down the mountain. You can purchase additional mineral water bathing services. There will be a boat that will take you to the hot springs.

All the employees are very nice, from the security guards to the reception, the restaurant, the ATV boats, the hot springs, the housekeepers, and the gardener.We slept in a raft room and walked very far. (Depending on our choice There is a room on the shore, a short walk away). The condition of the room inside is good, not stuffy, the bathroom is good, the water is strong, but the balcony is a bit dilapidated (not broken, just pale and the trees are unkempt).Hot springs, good spa massages, fun too, drinks for sale.ATV is a lot of fun. The trails are not easy and not difficult. Suitable for beginnersChildren, cute restaurant But we're not very pleased with the grilled pork. The room was good. I bought a promotion that included dinner (pork pan set), but the set I got was pork belly, chicken, sausage, pork sausage, hardly any pork at all. Three layers means it's all three layers. Personally, I think it's not okay. If it weren't for this, it wouldn't be called a pork pan set. and buy more mud mask Employees are not very attentive. The mark was finished and disappeared. There was no cleanup at all. It was raining too, but the rafting activity was fun.

The location is a bit mysterious. But once we got there, the view was beautiful. The bed is very big, like 2 queen sizes connected together. Facilities are a little old. Under the pillows there are a few bits of hair. There are some insects crawling around outdoors, but it's not a hindrance. The staff are lovely and attentive all the time. We bought a package including breakfast and dinner to go to the onsen at Rock valley and take a boat from the school. The onsen is good, but don't go in the summer 🥲

The air conditioner was not cool. I called the staff 2 times and no one came to fix it for almost 2 hours. I called again to ask what time the technician would be coming. I still didn't finish talking and hung up on the customer. Very confused by the employees
