I stayed here for 9 days while in Phuket. The location was perfect and quiet and I could walk everywhere in Patong easily. Also there were many cheap restaurants nearby. The staff were all friendly and the cleaning girls did a great job. My room was spotless with a comfy bed, it had a balcony and good wifi.

I recently stayed at Memory 2 hotel and, unfortunately, I regret my decision. While two of the younger reception staff provided excellent service and were honest in their dealings, the older receptionist offered terrible service, which has been highlighted in other reviews that I wish I'd taken to heart. When I initially inquired about the room rate from the younger staff, they quoted 500 baht. However, when I decided to extend my stay, the older receptionist raised the rate to 600 baht.Additionally, since I work remotely and have a significant time difference, I requested a late check-out by just one hour because I often go to bed late. Instead of accommodating this simple request, the older receptionist insisted that she couldn't do it and spent a long time explaining why. When I suggested that my room could simply be cleaned last, she stubbornly refused to compromise, even by a minute.To make matters worse, after quoting the increased rate, she also insisted on payment via a personal, non-credit card. It's obvious why – she was clearly scamming guests and pocketing the extra money. There's no other explanation. Her service was dreadful, and she should be dismissed. I won't be returning.

This is a completely budget hotel, absolutely... But for some reason I bought it at booking at an expensive price, and also as a 3 star hotel. In fact, old renovation, mold in places, stains on the walls in places, budget plumbing fixtures are not in new condition, wooden furniture smelling old, hard mattress, but overall clean. The audibility is very strong, the room is noisy, but like in all cheap hotels. I previously rented these for $10 in Patong. The doors are flimsy, they barely lock, there is a safe, but the electronic lock does not work. There is no elevator, the stairs are narrow and uncomfortable. There is a good wardrobe, hanging clothes, an electric kettle, mugs, and a TV. All...

Had the opportunity to stay here. During September and November The accommodation is very clean. The employees in various parts and the elder who is the owner of the accommodation are very nice. They are very accommodating in everything. Have you ever had a broken doorknob? Notified and it was repaired immediately. The faucet in the shower had running water, so they fixed it. Everything was considered very good service, very hospitable, and very smiling. If you're looking for a place to stay Near Patong Beach Close to various conveniences Recommend here Definitely won't be disappointed. Personally, I have a chance. Will go back to stay many more times.

I really liked the hotel. The owner is European, he always helped with my questions, and they rented a bike from him. The hotel is very clean, with an interesting interior and at a very budget price. All the guys who came to visit us were delighted too. Very impressed with the service, business success and surviving extremely difficult times for tourism.

The room was clean. The mattress is good. These are the advantages. But. We were checked into a room overlooking a dump of unnecessary things a meter from the balcony in a neighboring building. Also, this balcony was facing a busy street, the noise was unreal. The air conditioner hangs right above the bed, blowing it out. But you won't be able to sleep without it. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom.
