Definitely go for the more expensive and newer one if your are staying at river front, the older old made me feel sea sick, loaded with bugs, tv doesn’t work, wifi was very slow can barely text, and AC was barely cold.But staff were great, was only thing that was good Not recommended

Stayed here during Songkran , paid a whopping overpriced villa meant to be for couple retreat.First arrival was welcomed with a stunning newly build villa (Bali style) however soon to be welcomed with first challenge a broken safe. When staff come to check the answer simply was its broken! And we full so we no have another one and no worries we have cctv (rude tone of voice without any care, mentioned we have before broken safes but never somebody complained about it just lock the room.) so that was it,needless to say unacceptable with no solution offered staff came back with her supervisor 20min later with another safe (fun fact we found out 2 ladies easily removed the safe which was not even bolted to the wall or furniture which is worlwide standard,making the safe almost useless to use.Then ordered roomservice came in foam take away packaging (not even served on chinaware!!) a first for me in 15 yrs staying in thailand.Then we purposely chose to pay extra for a couple private bungalow which was designed for 2persons max as advertised and yakuzi, being totally suprised with family next door and bringing 3 kids (brought over from the cheaper floating house on river and utilised the yakuzi till nighttime)The design of the bungalow is then become obviously a design over function as you can hear every single noise from your neighbour as no walls at all but merely being separated by a bamboo thin sheet.Def extreme little privacy and a lot of noise disturbance.Then rain storm and complete power outtage , imagine not even having light and no aircon!! Neither somebody who came to inform us or anything for about a hour.Suprisingly the villa doesnt even have a standard emergency flashlight in its inventory making its very very poor conditions we had to stay in.Once having contact with Frontdesk we were explained all city power outtage, and were advised opening the window however opposit of the river we have noticed not even a single drop in any lights and continue as normal however our resort was complete black and not even a backupgenerator was brought in action as it was overloaded they said… again in 15 yrs thailand never experienced before and unacceptable for such prices being charged.Also the place is being full of insects such as musquitos and flies which bite you whole night!Then finally breakfast was extreme dissapointing and underpar and the carpark didnt even had any shading or coverage so the car upon checkout was boiling hot for our trip back to bangkok..We have mentioned this all to the very young looking manager and no solutions were offered besides from the famous thai smile and completely failing to do any recovery service to our horrendous experience!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST which pump up the prices for songkran and holidays and shamelessly rip you off and happily destroy your hard earned break!!

Dinner is made to order - breakfast at the resort is delicious, no need to go anywhere. Riverside raft, quiet, clean rooms, rest and sleep comfortably. The water in the river flows rapidly. You can't play in the water. You have to use a wet raft. It's fun and refreshing. In the morning the weather is nice and you can sip tea and coffee from the maker available in the room.

Stayed in a Grand deluxe room on a riverside raft. The room was large and had a daybed where another person could sleep comfortably. I like that the room has a gentle scent, strong water, complete bathroom equipment, a hair dryer, and snacks in the room that you can eat for free. The minibar has 4 bottles of water and bath bombs as well.Recommend buying snacks Various drinks Please go in. 7-Eleven is on the main road, 6-7 kilometers away.Overall good, I really like it. There is a wet rafting activity for you as well. The rooms are reasonably priced. Compared to other accommodations But the quality is worth the price.

Disappointing... And yet what a setting!! Just incredible on the banks of the River Kwai... But the negative points are numerous:- unfriendly and inexperienced staff- low quality food- almost omnipresent sound of a large pump- exorbitant taxi fares- lack of maintenance around the swimming pool (the only two broken parasols, uncomfortable deckchairs)- few things to do in the surrounding areaVery surprised by the rating on Google! Mainly frequented by Thais. Maybe we don't have the same criteria for a good hotel...

Check-in is at 14:00. Activities until 16:00. How to spend your time?We booked a Deluxe for ourselves and a room by the river for the children. The children were settled far away from us. In response to our request to change the room for the children, they asked for an additional payment. The hotel is empty. We won't be returning here.
