A little gem! The rooms are brand new, everything is really clean, basic room is small but you have everything you need and the bed is really comfortable compared to other hotels! Breakfast in the morning is a really nice addition! Host is welcoming, book here if you come to Kanchanaburi!

We stayed 2 night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was beautiful decorated.The bathroom was big and the water hot.the bed had many pillows, the mattress was a little hard, as usually in Thailand. The accommodation has no elevator, we lived on the second floor, as an eldery or disabled person it will be good to mention when booking so you can have a room on lower floor. They provide enough water for free in an refrigerator on each floor. The room itself has no refrigerator and watercooker. At the reception there is a coffee machine which can be used in the morning. There is also toast, butter and jam. Staff is very nice and friendly. There is parking space in the back of the hotel. Overall an bargain.

Ideal location 10 minutes bus station where you will find bus to go up to the waterfalls at 120 baths round trip and bus to Ayutthaya... New hotel, everything shines... Certainly a bit on the side of the road, ask for a room further back.. A downside there was no sink in the small bathroom... Breakfast offered in the very simple price, coffee and toast... Unlimited water in small fridges on the floors..Hostess does not speak English

A wonderful place to stay for our family. Everything was so clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The owner was very friendly, attentive and helpful. A lovely breakfast of toast and hot drinks were offered free of charge in the morning. would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

There is no sink. The curtains didn't completely block out the light. Who returns in the morning? I hardly slept during the day.It's good that there's a big parking lot at the back. There's a lot of parking.

Stayed here over the weekend for 2 nights.We booked the private double room. The room was super clean, no bad smells or anything like that. The bathroom is definitely one of the better ones i've seen on my trip through southeast of asia.The location is directly at the main road but not loud at all. You can easily walk to all the sightseeing spots from here in 10-15 minutes.The Bus Terminal is also just a few minutes away.Another really nice aspect is the free drinking water, thats provided at the hotel!We really enjoyed our stay and will come back to this accommodation in the future 👍🏼

It's very clean, cheap, and pretty like a boutique hotel. I'm not going to lie. I think the floor is cleaner than the soles of my feet. The bed, bedding, and towels are all clean, and the various decorations are cute. There are four types of rooms, and the two inexpensive small twin rooms have no sink in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient, but it's okay because the price is cheap.The next rooms have much larger bathrooms.The staff are friendly, but they don't speak any English, so we use a translator to communicate. So it is difficult to obtain travel information.There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is free water in the refrigerator in the hallway and free coffee in the lobby on the first floor.It's close to the bus terminal, so you can walk there, and it's close to the surrounding night market and skywalk.Basically, the windows aren't soundproofed very well, but in Thailand it's almost like that, so I sleep with earplugs in. Security is also good because you can access the outside door with a touch key at night. It's on the main street.I like cleanliness the most.As I was staying there, I saw some very small ants on the floor of my room. Haha, it's Thailand.

The room is very clean. But it looks a bit small. It's suitable for 2 people to stay. Convenient, clean. I like that there is free self-service water at all times. The staff provided very good service.

A great price with the great place to stay. All the furniture and decorations are new and modern.My room has two single beds, but unfortunately they don’t have a sink in the toilet. So I have to brush my teeth in the shower.But consider the price I couldn’t have asked more.My brothers stayed in the bigger room where they have sink and a bigger bathroom.So if you want more space make sure you book a big room. It’s just a little bit more expensive compared to a tiny room where it’s ideal for overnight staying.

Most of the rooms have no windows, but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and have hot water. It is a pity that there is no refrigerator in the room.It was nice to have a refrigerator on each floor and free water.I made a reservation on Booking.com, but they had started preparing the room after I arrived, so I had to wait a while.Coffee is free. For breakfast, only toast is provided. Walking Street and food stalls are nearby, so it's convenient for shopping.

Make a room reservation. Several months in advance, 2 rooms, a single and twin rooms.Two weeks before staying We contacted to reserve one more room, for a total of 3 rooms, and were informed that a twin room had not been reserved. But went to reserve a bunk bed room instead.The hotel informed that they had made a booking mistake. Will upgrade the wrongly booked bunk bed room. A single bed was provided as the twin beds were already filled.but !!! After a while, a new call came to inform me that the owner had stated that it was not possible to upgrade as a hotel regulation.*** But the difference must be paid. In the case of upgrading to a single bed Or refund the difference in the case of downgrade and choose a bunk bed.*** Not okay at all because it forces us to upgrade or downgrade the room. Even though it's not the fault of the person who made the reservation. Because we had reserved several months in advance.

The room is very good, compared to Hop Inn, spacious room, good bed, good pillows, big screen TV, quiet room, very good bathroom, strong water, beautiful, clean, good service staff, deducted 1 star, TV screen is worn out, no signal antenna connected. and there is no elevator May not be suitable for the elderly.
